Actually, I don't want to respond to this because this is a case of a gambler who is addicted and keeps repeating the same pattern, unable to control himself. From the beginning, he admitted his addiction to gambling but continued to act recklessly, and when he lost, he couldn't accept reality and made Razed the next scapegoat, just as he did with Rollbit. he had an active self-exclusion, so any wins would have been voided.

Oh this case? here. Yeah, I do agree, it could be that he is thinking that he might have his way again against Razed.

He has the precedent already, and so everyone can judge it, without playing devil's advocate here.

To those of you who think Razed is the "Best Crypto Casino," think again. Their "responsible gambling" protocols are a joke.

They claim to detect duplicate accounts, but they allowed me to create a brand-new, fully KYC-verified account with the exact same name, documents, device, and personal information as my self-excluded account.

They failed twice. Not only did they ignore my direct request for self-exclusion, but they also ignored the fact that I was self-excluded with their regulator, Anjouan Gaming.

Gambling addiction is a disease. I request self-exclusion because I can't control myself sometimes. Razed's failure to enforce this safety measure is what caused my financial loss.

They are liable for my losses because they were fully aware of my condition and knowingly allowed me to gamble on a second account. If you care about your safety, be very careful with this casino.

Possibly there are laws being broken or legally binding agreements being sidestepped by doing this, i mean, you'd imagine so, otherwise whats the point? You could report it to the regulatory body in the applicable region, or in some other form, start legal proceedings.

Every casino calls themselves the best. Presumably because it is legal to do so. I remember there was a beer brand that had to change their slogan to "probably the best beer in the world" because of legal reasons. Red bull also had to stop saying "redbull gives you wings" in several regions, allegedly due to accidental deaths directly relating to the slogan, but in all the years since ive heard this, i havent bothered checking that statement's authenticity. It's not that difficult to predict the outcome of this match [Chelsea wins - Liverpool wins], but what's impossible to predict is the score.

This is a direct and indirect response to the post you quoted. I think, not to judge the other guy, those who do self-exclusion and go back to the same casino to gamble, do it because they know that they can blame their financial loss which would later happen on the casino and want to make them look bad. No casino is perfect but as an individual you have to ensure you are disciplined enough to control yourself and ask for help from someone that can hold you accountable if you think you can't.
