Most likely, but I think it's more than that, remember that we are playing online, our true identity is hidden except for our IP address and if we don't go to KYC then they can say bad words or accused casino. An issue from the gambling provider that is affected by just a single individual, isn't that weird to even conceive. Had it been we're having dozens of complains from different users about same issue it would have made sense, won't it. Yes it would've. I can't even imagine expending energy dragging a casino for my losses, and probably if I feel there's something wrong over there I just change to another casino.
