I think it's a protocol for every casino that if there's an abused found from a user, they're going to block it. But I don't think that they're going to block a customer for no reason.

Razed acts professionally in handling its users. They have standard procedures that prevent unilateral action without a clear reason. If a user encounters a problem and is willing to contact the support team properly and provide complete information, the issue can usually be resolved successfully. but if they refuse to cooperate, it only makes matters worse, and they end up getting nothing.
