I want to make you aware of the scamming attempts that are being done by the Razed.com team.
I've wagered 50k on the site and since then I've been hit with Level 4 KYC and limited to $0.1 stakes on sports. My net winnings are around $1000.

Now they will not accept ANY documents I provide for Source of Wealth. I deposited $7k USD and they keep asking for more and more documents. I've provided my last two payslips as requested but now they want current bank balance and full list of all my transactions from the last two months on my bank. My payslips show that I make more than 100k a year and 7k accumulated deposits will not require this kind of proof on any other casino.

Withdrawals have been blocked, the team barely speaks English (anything outside of text-modules becomes a problem). Email support is non-existent, they have not replied in over 48 hours and all live-chat does is pointing to the emails and asking me to provide documents.
Looks like my balance of $1100 is being seized for no reason at all.

Just to clarify your situation, so it's not left hanging. I think you have to comply with this request, because those are the documents they're asking for. If you have them but refuse to submit them, your situation will be complicated indefinitely. Razed requested statements from traditional banks, but you decided not to attach them?

Just to clarify your situation, so it's not left hanging. I think you have to comply with this request, because those are the documents they're asking for. If you have them but refuse to submit them, your situation will be complicated indefinitely. Razed requested statements from traditional banks, but you decided not to attach them?

I don’t think that’s a valid explanation. If a casino operates 24/7, then issues should be addressed in a timely manner.
Even if it’s the holiday season, staffing shouldn’t be affected to the point that problems are ignored.

At the end of the day, issues need to be fixed quickly to protect their reputation.

It is not convenient for users but if it's their issue, you will have to wait for holidays to finish. They can have 24/7 support with same full customer support team during holidays or they possible cut the customer support team a litle bit during the holidays with rotation among these employees. It can cause a litle bit less human resource for customer support and also a little longer waiting time.

It's not smooth experience for users, buf it happened you have to accept it, make your complaints and wait for their improvements in the future. Let's wait for their replies when they comeback.

Don't jump to the conclusion that this is an attempted scam, razed.com wouldn't want to ruin their reputation over a few thousand dollars... just keep trying to follow up on this problem and it will definitely be resolved, because razed.com has dealt with many similar issues and they will definitely act professionally. just be patient and wait for further news, don't be impatient, it all takes a process.

Yeah, we will see, but to be honest, with what I've seen throughout the years, I don't have high hopes. Casinos can be very specific and strict when they ask for the source of funds. I do hope you get your source of funds issue resolved because, from the looks of it, that is the only issue that is keeping you from being able to withdraw your funds from the casino.
