You can see that your coins from eobot cloudminer are not there. This means that you will need to contact them for help.

I would recommend reading up on how these coins work. An exchange like us cannot credit coins until they are confirmed on the blockchain, you can look in the explorer I linked and it clearly shows your deposit from Cryptsy which we have credited. It does not show the eobot deposit which means they either never sent it or the transaction orphaned. They will need to fix this for you.

For all the haters Eobot is not a scam been paid like clock work on time all the time from them only problem is their expensive and with times like now theri too expensive even tho they go with the prices and seem to be adding more coins in but its all BTC converted and bought into other crypto. Maybe if eobot had difect mining with rented hash to go mine directly on a coin with it like scrypt sha etc and gain the mcoins instead of converting BTC into alt coins would work a lot better.

Software is not a virus. Its a false positive detected via most anti virus and spyware, malware programs. Because it uses mine or mienr.exe it thinks its a rouge miner and causes the alert. Used their software and mined on their pool over the last few years and never had any problems and always paid out almost instantly

So I suppose whether or not it is advisable for you to invest in it depends on how long you're willing to wait for ROI, how you expect the BTC price and difficulty to move, and how long you think eobot will stick around. It may just be safer to buy BTC directly, as crazyearner suggested.

So i bought a 300MHS 24h rental. And set mining to Bitcoin. It will generate 0.037BTC during that period which is a loss of about 2 dollars. But i can't withdraw now for 180 days. So i hope the exchange rate of bitcoin keeps rising, that i will get a profit out of this. But this way to convert fiat into bitcoin is faster than going with some other crazy cloud mining companys. After 180 days my money is out. At gigahash.org this will take about 300 days. (There you are also able to pay with paypal)

No sorry.Their is no harm in asking support about it. The delay is their for a reason, to stop scams from happening or fake disputes from being sent to paypal for transactions being reversed.

EDIT: After contacting through paypal and requesting to add 5 bucks to my balance I got a total refund and termination of my account there.
At least didn't steal my money.

It's like any other clound mining. In Eobot 5 years contracts don't work for more than 3 months. The GH/s price is always going down (consequently your mining income). You cannot just compare Hashnest (the most legit mining company although impossible to make ROI) with the biggest ponzi scam of all mining history like Hashocean, sure you may have got your mining from hashocean but they are just a pyramid scheme which only rotate money. Like any other cloud mining service, they work for some period of time and in one moment they just disappear. Like LanYu said its same like gambling, you invest your money to make some profit, just in one moment game will stop and if you didn't withdraw on time you lose all the money you had on the table.
Personally I like more real gambling, and for each game I know odds and risk. One more big plus after second you see your result. In cloud mining you need to invest and ROI is always 25 days, month, 3 months.. but in mean time they can run away with your money.

Eobot is only good for that as if you mine bitcoin there, scam or not you will end up losing money as difficulty increase and price of GHS go down day by day making you less money each day. Use 2FA always in such websites. Even if their database get leaked and the hacker gets access to your password he cannot log in because he will need the 2FA code from your phone , from the google authenticator app which is not easy to hack and in fact adds to your security of any account you may have a 99.99% more security.

A friend of mine has 1574 GHS 3.0 there and before the halving I must admit he was earning really good , more than 0.001 btc per day just by doing nothing. Unfortunately right after the halving happened with the same number of GHS3.0 he is now making only 0.00021 btc per day which more than 5 times lower before the amount he was making prior to halving. You will never make ROI with Hashnest which they have mining hardware for real so you cannot make ROI with Eobot either. Eobot is like Genesis Mining, they maybe legit but they are not going to make you any ROI , not soon, not later.
You can try these cloud mining website with little investment like 0.005-0.01 bitcoin to test them but even that amount is big now considering the price of bitcoin at the moment.

as far as I know, eobot is not scam. I have got my ROI back in over and over and I can withdraw the coins I am mining with them. but I don't take a look in my account for a long time and maybe I will check it later. I hope that eobot is not scam because I can get more coins from their site. but yes, for mining with eobot, you need to wait almost 1 year to reach your ROI and after that, you only need to withdraw the coins into your own wallet.

It is also good for newbies to get familiar with several cryptocurrencies. I mine their with a small amount and sometimes with my hardware, but just for fun to see the hashpowers data.
