You need to contact support in order to increase the limit, but since you told us that there is a bit lack of communication with the support so there is only one thing you can do (waiting).

It can be very discouraging for many gamblers to have to wait for response from support when they have issues, but that's an inevitable action to take if you really want serious issues resolved. I’m not sure about the time zone but I also experience quick withdrawal processing in the last few days with a total of withdrawal approved after few minutes. However today I have 1 pending withdrawal that stuck again for about 4 hours.

You’re right on this. I’m actually having a good time when it comes to the tournament. My concern is just the overall welfare of the casino since I’m promoting this via signature campaign which I knew they offer good stuff that others missing out.

I guess they got an inspiration from Fortunejack where there is weekly tournament in which players need to opt in and it has minimum bet as well although the type of tournament in FJ is different every week. I dont really understand the point system in this tournament, maybe those who are participating in it who can share their experience while wagering for this tournament.
Whether they get the same points for wagering with the minimum bet and higher bet or do they get bigger points when they are wagering higher than the minimum bet.
If it is wagering contest, normally higher bet amount = higher points as wager contest is based on the wagered amount.
By the way I also do not understand about the raffle system, usually raffle uses tickets, do participants in this tournament also receive specific number tickets since there is no one so far who share about raffle ticket in this thread.

Casinopunkz have updated the terms for the point system, there is an additional term "Points: Receive 1 point per €0.40 wagered. You can collect more then 1 point per spin." It means that the bigger amount you bet per spin, you get more points. Although it is not writen specifically, I guess it is like 1 point per €0.4 so if players bet €2 per spin, it will give 5 points. In my experience, you should at least get x150 or above in able to secure spot in the weekly contest. I manage to win 1st place before with just x500 and secure 3rd to 4th spot by having x150 before.

The last time I check which is yesterday the top spot is just @x200+ multiplier. I was planning to hunt multiplier but I manager to win x2000+ using 0.2€ base bet on bonus earlier so stop chasing a spot on tournament.
