I've been trying to withdraw money from the Punkz website for 4 days without making any winnings, and they just won't release my withdrawal. I've already tried contacting support, sending emails, and nothing so far.

How much is your deposit and how much you have wagered before you tried to withdraw? Since you do not give any other information about the case, I guess is that it is about 1x wager requirement to withdraw your money.
As shown in the screenshot, some withdrawals requests are cancelled, are they cancelled by the system or you cancelled it yourself (maybe because you are not patient enough to wait)?
Of course $150 is small amount only and I believe there are many users especially from this forum who have successfully withdrawn much bigger amount without any issue.
What the live support say to you, is there any reason given why your withdrawal is not processed?

Based on the screenshot you have shared, it does indeed seem that you were trying to withdraw part of your balance. However, from the same screenshot, we can see that most of your withdrawal requests were canceled/rejected.
Panjul’s request is reasonable as you need to provide more details and explain why the previous withdrawal requests were canceled/rejected. Did you cancel them yourself orr were they rejected by Punkz?

It's understood that it was 0.7 SOL. I myself canceled and redid the withdrawals.

They just say it will be analyzed and processed. It's been 4 days.

Did you deposit a sum of money, wagered some of it, and now you want to withdraw the rest? You have to understand that you can't do that. Online casinos require that you wager the entire deposit at least once. So, if you deposited $100, you have to bet that $100. You can't bet $30 or $50 and ask to withdraw the rest. Unless, of course, you are at a casino that has a 0.5x or similar wagering requirement.

The amount you are trying to withdraw also has to be the same or higher as the minimum withdrawal limit in that (crypto) currency.

The 1x wagerering requirement is very basic condition. That term is helpful for cryptocurrency online casinos avoiding exploitation of bad users who can use their casinos as places for money laundering.

If they don't have that term, money laundering can be done easily by criminals, by funding their accounts and withdrawing money immediately after that without any bet, without any benefit for the casino. Surely the main purpose is not to get any benefit from user fund but to avoid legal issues with governments and regulators by don't obey AML.

He has confirmed that he cancelled the withdrawal himself, not punkz who cancelled the withdraw.
What I understand with what he says "without making any winnings", seems that it is as what your example  (deposit-place few bets but wager less than his deposit-withdraw).
High likely it is all about 1x wager requirement on deposit which may make his withdrawal is being checked first before punkz release it.
At the time punkz check it, he is impatient why it takes long time so he cancelled his own withdrawal request then trying to do new withdrawal request (he did it repeatedly).

All withdrawals have been cancelled on my end due to the delay, trying either small amounts or different wallets to see if this nonsense ever ends.
