Brothers, just to summarize 1win's achievements here on Bitcointalk: this announcement thread is 13 months old, the signature campaign is in its 63rd week, and there are ongoing poker and Bitcoin prediction games.
But most of all, there are no valid accusations of scams in the scam section. There are some issues with payments for games and predictions, but I'm sure things will be resolved in due time.
Thanks to all brothers who drop by to support and post their opinions on 1win and other concerns. Hopefully, 2026 will be better.
I didn't noticed that but it's a good achievement that 1win is very consistent with their service and as well as their marketing. More better years for them as this 2026's year has come. There will be promotions to come and that's possible because they're now becoming more popular even in the mainstream.
Yes, there is nothing wrong with using AI for chat support but the problem is that service becomes poor when there is no proper follow up. I mean sometimes AI replies are fine, but when additional details are needed, things that only real agent can explain, there is no one to talk about it because you can't connect to the real agent.. That's what we're talking about here.
Can someone here confirm or verify if it is still possible to talk to real agent in 1win? Ever since I tried asking about promotion herein bitcointalk only AI chat replies to my inquiry and I never get connected to real agent.
I've seen that there are admins or representatives active in the discussion through their telegram channel.
