Have you tried entering a random phone number? I don't really remember the registration process, but as far as I know they don't require phone number verification. The important is your email, because the account verification is done through email.

Maybe every casino has different conditions, but if as you said with withdrawals above $50 you have to wait a maximum of 5 days then it is better to withdraw in crypto only than local money because it is faster and I think withdrawing $500 is still relatively fast if in crypto.

Yeah that might be the case, this was 3rd time I withdraw a amount larger than $50 and avobe 100$ in local currency. Previous one like this one also took 7days to proceed and canceled several times by system after being pending over few days. I don't know why  they are not fixing this issue. This could be a major issue . They could lose some potential customer. If they are providing the fiat currency deposit and withdrawal they should also provide the best service to their user's.
