Also, I still don’t see wheel spin from daily login on my account. Is this feature only available in certain regions or for specific account levels?
Up to now I still don't know because I still cannot contact real support. I only receive replies from automated chat AI. Is there another way to reach live agent? If that email how long does it usually take before someone from support responds manually?

The live chat works, but you have to play around with the categories as it tries to see if it can solve your problem with pre-generated content. Ideally, choose options that best suit your problem.

For instance, you can try to select Casino and then select Other in order to be queued for a live agent.

I haven't used the mobile version but usually they do have the other toggle options for us to use, maybe there's one in you and see if it's also going to work in your mobile. I guess that even if there are some restrictions depending on the geolocation, it's possible to toggle with that option for the theme to be changed.

I don't know what the toggle option is called. But what do you mean, it is possible to change the theme through it? I am using both mobile app and web version. There theme is the same, no changes (as I have given the picture). But change everything in his account theme and navigation option. So I think he is in the wrong place. And I think he already realizes that.

Which is reasonable considering there are a lot of people who will ask simple questions like "where is X feature I couldn't find it" and having a real person answering that would be futile and waste of resources and some AI chatbot could answer that if it's good enough.

Only when you face serious trouble like having trouble with withdrawing or not credit the correct amount etc etc hose real money problems are the only reasons where a live chat support would be needed, and if you insist, eventually you do get them, they are there.

Sometimes there is a delay from the side of casinos. It is quite common specially when casino is running multiple contests. Usually instead of going back and forth with casino for different contest/other payments, the point of contact ( in most cases, CM) gather the list of all winners and submit it to the casino on a  weekly/biweekly/monthly basis, thus you feel delays. Live support gives users a feeling of being listened and taken care well enough. At least it makes customers feel like they are treated well by the company and it helps them to keep calm and wait for final decisions, replies from the team. It will less likely make customers feel disappointed, uncomfortable with their experience on a platform while surely the customer support staffs in live support must be trained properly enough so that they will keep their kindness and good attitude in communication with users.

But AI bots for giving answers to most basic questions have been used more popularly on all platforms as it helps companies saving cost of operations and this growth is natural and kind of business adaptation to more expensive operational cost and more helpfulness and efficiency from AI tools.

The category-based live chat is a trend today and it is logical since the questions posed by most users are rather simple and can be answered immediately through a built-in automatic response. It is time-saving to the support teams and players.
