Generally speaking free bets can't be split up or anything. It's a 1 bet deal only and at no site ever I saw the possibility for a split up. The only thing you COULD try is asking the chat support if they could do you a favor and make it like 10 10 5 or 15 10 or something, that's a long shot thought and might be a big exception if they could agree to this. But hey, trying is free and they can only say no, so if you really want to try you should.
As what I know also, majority of the casino won't allow their user to split those free bets gotten from them. Usually they issue a single voucher, which bettors can used on their single bets.
I don't know if there's instances that support or the management allows it, but I think if they want to take a shot then go on. Since for sure they are the one could give good clarification regarding on how people should used those freebets they issued.
Usually I treat it as one bet deal and didn't expect anything, since its just a free play.
