In some homes, even if everyone works together, their hard work cannot improve their conditions, so we should spend according to our needs.
How can two partners be working hard in a family cooperatively and still yet their situation is not improved. This only mean one thing there is no budget and planning in such family a family, this is because you can be hard working but when there is no proper budget to spend you will find out that you will find yourself struggling.
Most times in situations like this, it is not because of no budget and planning makes them to keep struggling but at times low paying income. They actual budget and plan, just that their income is not enough to satisfy their needs. And in such situation things keep getting hard for them, they might even run into debts and the only way out is adding another source of income or switching jobs to the one with a higher pay, to which can give them a comfortable life, which might not be easy to get from their end.

In a household even if everyone works together both husband and wife even hard, it doesn't guarantee financial prosperity, but it does provide a solid foundation. There are several factors that make this no guarantee. Besides the low income as you mentioned, there are also the increasingly expensive necessities due to inflation making their salaries insufficient for children's education and healthcare. If they don't already own a home, they have to rent.

In essence, hard work combined with cooperation without planning is a lie. Good planning without adequate income will also make it difficult to build peace. But if hard work combined with planning, coupled with a continuous pursuit of income growth, this is the most powerful combination for breaking out of a difficult cycle. Financially successful families typically have two focuses controlling expenses and aggressively pursuing income growth. Moreover, in this digital age there are many ways to increase income, such as creating content, selling works, etc. so there's no need to expect jobs from companies or the government.

A person’s first instinct when they lose their job is to find a new one right away. But it wouldn’t hurt to take a few time off and reflect why you lost the job. Maybe there’s something you lack. Maybe there’s something you can improve. Maybe you can invest in yourself more and learn new things. Learn new skill sets. Explore and experience new more things that could help you land a better and more stable job in the future.
Most persons aren’t reflecting why they lost the job but the salary they earn isn’t enough to survive in this contemporary society where inflation is the major factor affecting our economy. Then why most people actually need to improve on their skills and knowledge, most people are still using the old system skill in this modern society. When you update your skills and knowledge you’ll become more productive and useful to your boss and they would do all it takes to retain even if it’s to promote you annually they would do it.So in summary, not everyone who resigned are unproductive but they’re searching for a new job that would pay a decent salary.

The problem is that most of these low paid laborers are stuck in the situation due to the outdated skills that they use. Your skills Updating your skills will make you tremendously more marketable in the eyes of the employers. By providing you with a promotion or decent salary your boss will definitely note a considerable contribution on your part. The ability to survive in a challenging economy is majorly through continuous learning, as doing so would keep them in demand.

Essentially, being unemployed doesn't mean having nothing. I think, unemployed people have a lot of free time to improve their skills, especially those that align with their talents,
Yes I do agree with you,
You know there are people that will blame their lack of money in the lack of job. And I don't consider that a reason, I think money is based more in personal abilities than that you get from the government, school or what so ever, so no one should ever have it in mind to bank on jobs or government for a better life.

But honestly, even though the employees' income isn't lavish, it's at least enough to survive, although they sometimes borrow money from friends mid-month if their salary isn't enough.

This is where many people in some places pin their hopes on working in government or private sectors after graduating. However, the main problem is that only a small percentage of those who graduate are graduates due to the limited number of applicants. Many of the remaining graduates are unemployed and educated.

Losing a job can either become a setback or turning point and that’s why self reflection is important but it should not only happen after loosing a job. The best time to improve your skills is while you are still employed because you have income to support your learning. Waiting until you are unemployed to start upgrading yourself often makes the process much harder due to financial pressure and stress.

At the same time not every job loss is caused by poor performance. Sometimes company downsize, things change and economies go through difficult periods. In such cases, the focus shouldn’t be on blaming yourself but on identifying what the market now wants and adapting to it as quickly as possible.

This is true, finding a job now is very challenging. If it's not switched to AI, then there's a lot of competitors who are also looking for a job. So if someone here is with a job, think of it as a blessing or being more fortunate than the others who are continuing to struggle in finding a job. What we can do is to be more hireable by having the required skills by these companies that they'll want us to be part of their organization and not to let us go away with their offers.

Jobs were always scarce and there scarcity is increasing because of increasing population and economic turmoil of almost every country. This is no doubt hard time for people seeking jobs but hard time also bring with it opportunities. Today we have freelance market which is open for everyone. All you need to join freelance market is necessary digital skills along with will to work hard in order to get started with freelancing. If you are unable to find a job, just start some online work to support your family and yourself till the time you won't find a job.
I agree that there are a lot of freelance jobs these days and we can't be picky with it, as long as the opportunity is there then grab it. And for the countries who are very supportive with its people, they're training more of their citizens to have skills in blue collar jobs because they're more manual and technical. I think it's because there are a lot of professionals now that can do admin tasks, digital skills, and the usual office jobs. While the technical side for having more trained blue collar workers is about to build more infrastructures since AI is booming too.

Unfortunately not everyone has the privilege to not work and focus on themselves that’s why they never improve in terms of the job they land on. Since they don’t have the time to focus on themselves and their skills, they remain only on a specific level and their wages are also the same.

This is true, but I also think it depends on the person financial situation, beca If someone has savings taking short break to learn new skills and improve themselves can be a smart decision. It might even help them secure a better job than the one they lost.

Many people don’t have that luxury because they have rent to pay , bills waiting and families depending on them. in this kind of situation, finding another source of income quickly becomes the priority. It’s not bad for them to learn and improve themselves while working.i have seen people who accepted a temporary job just to stay afloat and spend their evenings taking online courses and also applying for better opportunities. Few months later, they were in a much better position, sometimes survival comes first but self improvement should not stop because of it.

Excellent and accurate observations. Unfortunately, not everyone has this opportunity people immediately look for a new job because they have to support their family and themselves. If you have such an opportunity, instead of investing in a new job, prioritize yourself, develop your skills, and focus on yourself. Then, the job will find you, and you will start earning better money. You are the important thing, and that should be your priority.

Yeah, considering the circumstances and external factors, the situation can be challenging.

However, the main problem is that only a small percentage of those who graduate are graduates due to the limited number of applicants. Many of the remaining graduates are unemployed and educated.

Even if you are a graduate of a 4-year course, there's still a difficult time finding a job. Sometimes, it's because of the corruption by the government that leads to many people being jobless because no investors are coming in. If a country is branded as a corrupt one, who else will try to put their business in that country if they know they will be milked by the government? It's a losing business.

As hardworking as a horse an employee may be, if the employer is gone, there's no way they could be prevented from losing a job. If investors in the private sector are afraid to start their branch in another country, even good jobs will be difficult to find. You cannot always rely on trying to work inside the government to be an employee because most of the time they prioritize family members.

In my country, on the contrary, a huge number of job openings have appeared. People are even being invited from neighboring and distant countries, as there is a severe labor shortage. And what does this mean? What are the advantages? Salaries are increasing. Employers are willing to go to great lengths just to retain qualified workers. And this trend is gaining momentum. Is this strange to read? Yes, it was a surprise to me too. This is the current reality.

It's true that unfortunately not everybody have the privilege to learn a skill mostly due to chance or the resources to do so and they remain at a job that doesn't pay well or remain jobless but a lot of the jobless people who don't learn any skills is due to laziness. They can arrange the resources to learn but they will rather remain where they are hoping that what they have on hand would land them their dream job which might take a very long time. Jobless and poor people should be up and running, make research about profitable skills and getting into one because there are a lot of jobless people who are looking for the same work that is easily available for everybody, there is need to always think outside the box.

Government should be blame for joblessness in any country because the government is capable to providing job opportunities to at least 70% to 80% of people in that country but when the government failed to do this those who don't have job can create one for them self and be self employed, there are other things people do now to get money saving small and start a little business will be a good option than waiting and blaming the government for not providing jobs.

In addition to what you have already said, it's not just due to laziness, lack of resources or chance that makes most of these people jobless, but lack of patience to learn a craft for one or two years. They just want to earn money very quick, without following due process, which later makes some of them go into fraud or robbery because they feels like it's a easier route to success.

Another thing about learning a skill is by learning the right skills that can take you out from your current financial standards, like a higher paying skill, because their are some certain financial threshold you can never go pass with some skills, but some will easily elevate you to financial freedom once you can master it.

Unfortunately not everyone has the privilege to not work and focus on themselves that’s why they never improve in terms of the job they land on. Since they don’t have the time to focus on themselves and their skills, they remain only on a specific level and their wages are also the same.

Brother, some jobs aren't lost, it's a necessity to call it a quit, I've done this in the past and It takes me few months to figure out what I want to do next with my life.

If a job is too draining, both physical and spiritual it's better to call it a quit, there is no job that's worth more than a life, it's not all joblessness that's wrong, most people are in prison thinking that they are going to work every day.

There is nothing you lack and there is nothing to prove if your job is draining you, that's a slow death in motion, you will end up crippled or sick later and what you make from the job won't be enough to cover your health bills.

I accept your advice about learning new skills, in fact this is what I want to hear from you, today it's better to work smarter than harder, many jobs out there pays less for the energy drained.

Unfortunately not everyone has the privilege to not work and focus on themselves that’s why they never improve in terms of the job they land on. Since they don’t have the time to focus on themselves and their skills, they remain only on a specific level and their wages are also the same.

In my opinion, this is not only about the lack of self-reflection or the opportunity to improve one's skills between jobs. Some professions simply cannot offer more than a certain salary level. And people do not always work exclusively for income. Sometimes they just enjoy the work itself, they like doing something, and they do it even knowing that their income will not grow. And they can develop some other skills in parallel, only applying them in a different field.

The problem with people is that, they often have this mentality that the government is responsible for every single person in the country. Yes, the government does have lot of role to play, but before you can depend on the government, you gotta do your own part first. The worst part of it is that, in my country, there are a lot of unemployed graduates, who are just sitting in their houses and waiting for the government to empower or employ them. There may not be so much to do, but at least no matter little, engaging yourself in one thing or the other would reduce that dependency and that feeling of entitlement that there are some set of folks who must do shits do you before you can succeed, that’s a lazy and poor mentality.

Unfortunately not everyone has the privilege to not work and focus on themselves that’s why they never improve in terms of the job they land on. Since they don’t have the time to focus on themselves and their skills, they remain only on a specific level and their wages are also the same.

OP you are right because some persons lack some certain things their place if work needed and they are not giving it or improving in any way but at the same time you have to see it this way that one a man loses his job the only thing that comes to his head is to rush and get another one because that time you said the should be using to think in how to improve he would have gotten another one and how would he feed as of that time? Is best to start the job hunting before anything or after getting the job you start thinking of the errors you have made in your previous job.
And again, some bosses do sack your workers due to personal reasons or they don't like something in you even when you are the best at the office, if it happens that way how can we place it?
There are some people that are comfortable with what they have, the salary they get isn't a problem they only want to survive that's all. While some are ready to change position or place of work in other to get a better pay.

At the same time not every job loss is caused by poor performance. Sometimes company downsize, things change and economies go through difficult periods. In such cases, the focus shouldn’t be on blaming yourself but on identifying what the market now wants and adapting to it as quickly as possible.
In life we expect the worst even when we hope for the better, no job is secure,  anything can happen to it, we have to bear in mind to always seek for alternative. In case one loses his job. Learning skills on the job is a credible idea to prepare in case you change job or you lose it, you can pick up immediately.

Being jobless is something I don't wish my enemies,  it's hell in a cell, imagine not be able to survive the economic with the little salary you're earning,  then think of those not earning anything at tall. It's something you should even think of, it happens and it's thr fast way to develop BP,  over thinking will definitely affect you.  Instead to wait to be employed,  learn a skill that is needed to keep yourself busy.

There are countries where skilled people are brought from other countries to provide jobs. The biggest change is in the field of salaries. To retain skilled workers, employers are increasing salaries, giving additional benefits, while the salaries of people without skills remain the same. In every field, those who have skills are valued but those who are less skilled are undervalued. In such cases, people now get good education and join various companies and big projects to acquire skills. Although we can already see that due to the lack of jobs in many countries, they go abroad to look for jobs and find different jobs. However, those places where people can bring good skills are paid well and their positions are improved, but those who go without skills do not get a salary increase. So those who are looking for jobs in the country and abroad to earn money must enter with sufficient skills, then they can improve their lives and their salaries will also increase.
