A person’s first instinct when they lose their job is to find a new one right away. But it wouldn’t hurt to take a few time off and reflect why you lost the job. Maybe there’s something you lack. Maybe there’s something you can improve. Maybe you can invest in yourself more and learn new things. Learn new skill sets. Explore and experience new more things that could help you land a better and more stable job in the future.

Unfortunately not everyone has the privilege to not work and focus on themselves that’s why they never improve in terms of the job they land on. Since they don’t have the time to focus on themselves and their skills, they remain only on a specific level and their wages are also the same.

Job loss is painful, but rushing into the next job without reflection keeps us stuck . Not everyone has the privilege to pause and grow and that’s why many stay at the same level with same pay. Survival pays bills but growth pays better . The problem is not everyone can afford to pause and grow.

We spend our entire life struggling to figure out how to start.

In my opinion, we struggle far more not at the very beginning of our professional journey, but already having some experience behind us. Because at the very start you still know practically nothing, you are a blank slate, ready to be written on. And you are generally more open to everything, because there is nothing yet to compare with. And so practically any opportunity is perceived with hope, inspiration and enthusiasm.

But once you have already worked, accomplished something and gained experience, you develop expectations, opinions and habits. And if you want to change jobs, it is much harder for you, because you are simultaneously both well-equipped and limited by your specific experience. Plus, as a person gets older, it becomes increasingly difficult to adapt to any kind of change.

Again, I cannot agree with you here. Yes, perhaps the person who is just starting their career path is less confident and more afraid of failures and mistakes. But people also want to help them much more, because it is "normal" to help trainees and juniors. So both the onboarding into a specific company and the overall integration into the work process and professional environment happens more organically.

It is a different story when it comes to a senior level specialist who has been laid off or recently returned from maternity leave and is now forced to look for work. There is a very high probability that they will have to agree to a role below their level and competence, because the requirements for them are different and they have to prove themselves much more. There is no such disposition to help higher ranks, because they are supposed to be able to handle things on their own. And in this situation, in my opinion, a person has far more self-doubt.

The problem is that the education system of underdeveloped countries is structured in such a way that education is a long process and most of the education systems are not job oriented. After graduation, you have to spend time to acquire skills in a specific job. However, it was necessary to prepare from the beginning of your education, which is what happens in developed countries. There, there is a system of work based on your skills and if you are hardworking, you can move up quickly.

In the socio economic conditions of underdeveloped or developing countries, those who can acquire skills on their own can make rapid progress in their careers and earn a lot of money. The government manages the education system in such a way that a student will finish his education and run after a job.

If that's the case, if we're already parents, we must immediately prepare to plan for our children's future. At the very least, target schools that allow immediate government employment or other MOUs upon graduation. Although expensive and highly competitive, as I mentioned above, everything requires preparation and planning.

In the socio economic conditions of underdeveloped or developing countries, those who can acquire skills on their own can make rapid progress in their careers and earn a lot of money. The government manages the education system in such a way that a student will finish his education and run after a job.

It's a known fact that once we graduate, there's no guarantee we'll immediately find a job that aligns with our field of study. Most jobs are different, and we inevitably have to face selection, even if we graduate. This is why some universities are no longer producing skilled workers, but instead producing unemployed workers.

Looking for that particular information is very good ,but the issue is that, the bills will continue to accumulate. If I am in this particular shoe and have a lot of responsibility on my head, life is all about moving on no matter what happened in our way, time wait for no one and I will immediately get another replacement to avoid accumulating more bills, because in this case bills will continue to grow. It is very difficult for someone to be jobless especially if you have a lot of responsibilities, which I am so much confidence that every man we see today was born to first challenges and also solve problems. We just have to move on because life is full of challenges and being jobless or not human being will face challenges.
When you can view the situation from the outside, you can take it in stride, but when you have lost your job, have no savings, and urgently need to find new work just to get by, things become far more complicated. Making decisions under stress is difficult, which makes navigating such a situation even harder. I do not believe we were born to spend our lives struggling and facing hardships, it should be different, we should live and find joy in the simple things in life, rather than just trying to survive.

Yes. Many people are trapped in this cycle working hard just to pay the bills but with no room to advance. When something unexpected happens, like losing a job, they often rush to the next job without reflection or upskilling ultimately just transferring the problem to a new position with the same salary.

So, the best solution is to set aside a small consistent amount of time to learn skills you can master while working. Even if you lose your job, make the most of the unemployment to upgrade yourself. Focus on skills that can increase your value in the job market or leverage the sophistication of the digital age to earn income. Because as you said, not all of us have the privilege of being unemployed, so don't be idle continue to use this time to make changes even small ones. The important thing is that if you do it consistently, we are more likely to overcome the problems we face.

For an average man, after losing your job the next thing is to try to get a new one, not because you don’t want to take a break from life, not because you don’t want want to learn new skills or even try to build something yourself but because you are pilled with responsibilities, debt, bills to pay. You see in most of our economy these days an average man can barley have savings, they can barely even pay up all their bills, most of them are living in debts. So now imagine such a man now losing it job.

Life is a moving train and it doesn’t wait for you to get yourself together, you need try to meet up. A man without job is like a man without life.

To a very large extent the greatest sickness is poverty, when someone is jobless and doesn't have any savings or Investment that is a very big sickness and sometimes the thought of it alone can even kill someone. But anyone that is able to figure things out from this kind of situation can never think of going back to that state again which means that they will locked in. We are not born to suffer or stress much but nature happens and if you are not born with a silver or golden spoon just make sure to work hard and be productive.

So many people are in situations like the one you mentioned, sometimes a glimmer of hope is lost because of a small mistake. For me, this has quite a profound meaning. Thanks, very inspiring.

It's true that work is necessary, but what is called sustenance is already written. The important thing is not to forget to try and be grateful for what we have today. Just being online in a forum today is worth more than having to sleep in a hospital bed with impus in hand.

In a nation where there is a financial deficit, then it is definitely unable to generate new jobs to its people. Assuming that one would be offered a civil service job is a big mistake. One should develop their own skills as the most important thing in establishing an independent business. The smart ones never lack jobs as they always work hard to ensure that they come up with different ways of making money that can help them live without depending on the assistance of others.
I remember a few years ago, the president of my country publicly announced that he would create almost 20 million jobs in the near future. But nothing of the sort happened. He lied through his teeth again. And it's always like that. He constantly lies to the entire country and gets away with it. How can anyone do such a thing? He's completely lost his conscience. After all, people hoped and believed in it, but it was all in vain.

You are right, this is a  major reason that some people find it hard to go to school or to be educated, as they believe that after wasting their time, there is high a chance that they won't get themselves a job with their degrees, so instead of going through the whole process of going to school, they use the opportunity to acquire skills that will support them in life and for some people, after they have secured a stable source of income, that is when they will decide to go to school, as they finance their own education.

You are extremely right, poverty is not a sickness, but it is our greatest enemy. People that are born with silver spoon are free from struggling and all these difficulties. The situation of poverty is escalating every day and we are unable to eliminate the major causes of these problems. Development or building of factories can make great contributions to the growth and development of our countries, because it will helps to reduce the rate of unemployment. No one wish to experience poverty or struggle in life, but some times life throws test at us.

You are very right, people who are not born with a silver spoon are the ones struggling most to ensure they live the kind of life they want for themselves and for their future generation, and it's frustrating because life becomes tougher each day but they keep grinding. That is why, people should be kind and help one another in any way they can, the government should also do its own part to support and help improve people's lives.

A person’s first instinct when they lose their job is to find a new one right away. But it wouldn’t hurt to take a few time off and reflect why you lost the job. Maybe there’s something you lack. Sometimes why people loss their job is not because of their incompetence, your competency can even make you lose your job. Organizational relationship is one of the reasons people lose their job, an organization that is managed by weak-minded people employees will experience things like this (employees being laid off for no just cause). Some reason for being laid off sometime do not even require reflection because even others can see why you are laid off the move sometimes (in search of a new job) is to get a place your efforts is appreciated commensurately.

The government manages the education system in such a way that a student will finish his education and run after a job.
In countries where the education system is generally based on theoretical knowledge and they give less importance to skills, the citizens of all countries become less skilled, due to which they are less skilled than the required skills in the job market. As a result, they take training after their formal education, which delays their entry into the working life. In countries where skills are generally given more importance and there are opportunities for training along with formal education, they can basically gain practical experience and their preparation in both academic and professional life is comparatively much better. Still, no matter how advanced the education system is, personal effort is also needed. Because not everyone can take first place in the same classroom. Some may achieve good results while others may achieve bad results by studying in the same classroom, so personal effort is also very necessary. Everyone thinks that a job will give them stability and security of income, especially most people mainly chase after government jobs. In this case, personal initiative, developing one's own skills and entrepreneurial mindset can be more realistic if connected to the field of education.

Job loss is painful, but rushing into the next job without reflection keeps us stuck . Not everyone has the privilege to pause and grow and that’s why many stay at the same level with same pay. Survival pays bills but growth pays better . The problem is not everyone can afford to pause and grow.
In the beginning when going through your post, I wanted to say that it's not everyone that have the leverage of waiting and reflecting before looking for a new job because some people are living from hand to mouth, but you addressed that in your last statement when you said that it's not everyone that can pause and grow. I believe that staying jobless and be thinking about your life is not the best because you can still do that while working. If you are jobless, their are chances that your head and thinking may not be right because an idle man is a devil's workshop, so any plans towards growth is best done while working.

This issue of joblessness is a very sensitive matter that requires serious attention as I know an idle man is a devil's workshop and can easily be manipulated against his will.
In most cases this is not because of the unwillingness of citizens to work but because there is no job opportunities where they can be fixed to close that unfortunate gap.
Statistically looking at most facing this problem,  you will see it is basically because there is no job opportunities for them and not because they don’t want to work,  therefore to ascertain if truly its citizens fault our leaders should help create a source through which there will be jobs for those willing to work,  then alone can we tell the possible causes of joblessness.

I won’t say rushing into another job necessarily gets someone stucked, some people still know their worth and even tend to earn higher in the next place because of the experience from the previous place. So to me, it doesn’t stop their growth.
Most people don’t really have that time to wait because they need to earn money and staying jobless wouldn’t help.
