It's natural to find a new job especially those who have someone to support with the money they earn from the job or else they won't have food on their table. Well, we all have our own opinion why we should stop and reflect first why you lost the job and why you should find a new job. One of the example is what I mentioned above.

We who live in a family and there is only one earner in the family, then the only thing that comes to mind for that earner is how to support his family. In this situation, if someone is fired from his job, or if someone is unemployed, that is the most painful thing for him. A person then thinks very small when despite having a family, he is not able to support them by earning.
I think, if a person has both work skills and education, then entering a job will not be very difficult. And no matter what job he does, if he listens well to his boss and keeps working regularly, then he will not have to think about that dark night of losing hope.

A unemployed person needs a sponsor to start learning a skill cause during this difficult time in the person's life they are totally helpless cause they will be thinking about so many things like accomodation, feeding and so on and if they do not have people around they will not be able to have access to learn the skills cause it requires money for registration and they also will be need money for transportation if the location is far from their destination. If you have never been in this situation you wouldn't understand but unemployment can make you feel crazy and during this time it will look like everyone is against you cause nothing will seem to be working that period.

I don't completely agree with what you say. It doesn't always take money to learn a skill. Now a lot of things can be learned for free. There are many resources available online. You just need to have the desire to learn. And money is not always a barrier. Sometimes discipline and consistency are also needed. However, it is true that if the financial situation is very bad and the responsibilities are too much, then many things cannot be done easily. When a person has responsibilities, he has to earn money and it becomes very difficult to give time to earn money, manage family responsibilities and also give time to skill development. Even then, if you try, you can do. Maybe you have to hard work a lot.

I also agree with your point, as it's quite clear that finding a job is very difficult these days. Therefore, everyone who already has a job should continue working and maintain it well to continue generating income, because the most painful thing for anyone is living without any income. Therefore, from this perspective, everyone should reflect on themselves in as much detail as possible. When there is something they can or are capable of doing, they should be grateful for it and continue working on it to have the opportunity to develop themselves in a much better direction in the future.

However, there's another thing I need to suggest: when someone is in an underdeveloped country, the most important thing they should consider, before skills and experience, is networking. Because things like skills and experience are only more important when we are in a developed country, not in a country that is not yet developed or is developing.

The world is changing gradually and employees need to get other skills that will be helpful if their current jobs is not paying them well. Artificial intelligence jobs is what I have been seeing online mostly on remote job hunting platforms and this is no joke. Many employers are looking for skilled workers that will be using AI to get jobs done for them and they are not ready to employ people that are not skilled in using computer to create solutions as fast as possible within limited time using AI. The world is changing and we should be ready to change along with it.

It's always hard to stay out of a Job for a long time, especially when you have a family to care for,  if you lose a job because of unseen circumstances,  you should be able to get up and seek for another job opportunity else where. The time when we become unemployed can be really tough to go through, but it can also be the opposite being unemployed can make us more persistent and keep working hard in everything. So basically, it comes down to each individual in how they deal with periods when we get laid off or are unemployed. I’ve experienced it; I studied crypto seriously when I was unemployed. At first, I wasn’t really interested but because finding a job was so difficult and I didn’t have any other options, I ended up studying it seriously. That doesn’t mean I was investing in crypto especially since at that time I was unemployed and didn’t have any money at all.

But I learned about crypto just to make free money from giveaways, events, airdrops, and testnets. From there, I earned some money, even though not much, and that’s what kept me learning which eventually brought me to this forum. Unfortunately, education, hard work, and even many years in the same company are not a guarantee that a person will not be fired. I personally know examples, including my own, when people were laid off due to downsizing and were not offered any alternatives to stay with the company, even though they had worked there for 3+ years. This is happening all the time now because businesses are focused on making money rather than on teamwork.

And in the end, the employee is left alone with their problems and the inability to quickly find another job.

Thinking shortcuts leads to more harm than good for a person. It is better for someone to think short-cuts if he is experienced and skilled because he has previously gone through a period when he has worked hard. Everyone needs money but if a person is not patient then expecting enough money will not be fair for him because nothing can be achieved without hard work. A skilled person will acquire skills at the right time when he can apply those skills properly. Although earning money is easy for skilled people, it is not easy for them to retain that money. You have to be disciplined to retain money because there are many sources of spending money.

In this era of technology, reckless people are more inclined to spend money than earn it. To learn skills, you have to get formal education and to gain experience, you have to know the process. This coordinated effort will make you successful. When you know that nothing can be achieved without hard work, you will continue to work hard to become successful.

It's very hard to find people trying to improve themselves after losing a job, so they can stand a better chance in advancing themselves when they get another job. You don't have to blame them, because most people survive on their salary. So when they lose their job, the first thing on their mind is to get another one, so they can survive,  rather than thinking of acquiring a new skill to help them get a better job, or make them do better in a new job. If the learning mentality cannot be created, then even if a person has money, he will not be able to acquire proper knowledge. Those who try to learn something can learn a lot. If a person tries now, he can acquire skills in various subjects sitting at home. It should be remembered that there is no shortage of jobs for those who acquire good skills. Learning a skill and practicing it are different things. A job is good not only for its monetary compensation, but also for providing a constant environment for developing certain skills. No matter how much you study something theoretically on your own, until there is an environment to develop it in practice and a community of professionals working with you, it will remain at an embryonic level.
