That's sad, maybe the need to improve on how to address the odd change when a person is in the process of placing bets. They could just alert a user through a dialog box that “the odds have changed. Do you want to accept new odds or not?” rather than just rejecting the bet.

This is a common issue when placing bets on live events and am pretty sure almost every sports bettor has experienced it at least once. But if all your bets are getting rejected, it could suggest either a connection issue or that you’re taking too long between selecting the bet and submitting it.

If the problem persists, you should contact customer support as salad daging suggested.
I’m not sure about BetHog, but Bitcoin_Arena is right, most casinos will show you the updated odds and ask if you accept them, rather than just rejecting your bet.

I'm so curious about the complete winners of the weekly raffle so I decided to open Kick to search the replay of the live draw and I could find it. Probably it will be much better if bethog can have the complete winners list for every weekly raffle. One more suggestion is about the refer and earn page, maybe it can be added with much more simple information about the percentage and the details of our referrals. Currently, I can only see the number of my referral + the commission while I do not know how much is wagered by my referrals. Information of the wagered amount by referral is important imo since the the commission is based on it so if there are information about how much is wagered by our referrals + how much is our commission percentage, it can be more transparent.

Are you betting on live match? I experienced this on my bet too but I tried again to place same bet with updated odds then my bet was successfully place.

This error message means the bet odds is constantly changing before you place bet that’s why your bet is not accepted. I didn’t notice the feature for accept any odds change but you should use that feature on your next bet or just bet again.

There should be a pop-up notification to alert you about the odd change for you to either accept the bet or not but at the same time it seems to me like you place your bets late.

That doesn't sound like a problem to me. That error is shown in every sportsbook when you are making a live bet and the odds change by the time you press the button, and you need to do nothing but press the button again your bet will be placed. I have seen and experienced this in multiple sportsbooks and never had to complain about it because I understood what the error was saying and usually a retry or retrying twice gets the job done.

Exactly, it's a common error and I always face this when I'm placing live bets, especially if I'm trying to bet on a combo, so I select one bet, go looking for other bets and then when I do it all, it usually gives this error because a few minutes have passed by that time and since the games are live, the odds keep changing.

Nothing serious at all, retrying usually works in this case.

Ohh I just found out that their admin is active on Telegram, if so then just complain there who knows the team helps faster than sending a request I'm sure it will take a long time unlike livechat.

When I try to sign in or register, I get an error message saying that players from my region are not accepted due to license restrictions.
I’ve never experienced this before, and I already have an account there and luckily I didn’t have any balance on it.
I understand that they have to comply with licensing requirements, but it would’ve been better if they had informed affected users about these new restrictions before enforcing them.

Don’t know why it is that your bet results in a processing failed error message but when it’s got to do with the differences in odds, it’s always up to you to set the necessary permission so. The site needs to be authorized to place bets despite changes in odds and you would have that one out of the way. That algorithm is put in place for those that are very mindful of what odds they intended to bet on. I always accept changes in odds on my end though, except I don’t want to bet no more or at all.

It will be nice to know your region, because from my knowledge, BetHog is unavailable in the US and parts of Europe FOR THE NOW.

After being active on Telegram, BetHog is now also active on X. I think this is a very good development. BetHog already has around 5000 followers and they are also quite active on X. They make around 3 or 4 posts on X per day and I think that is good enough to reach more people. I think Telegram as a chat platform and X as a social media is the right combination for BetHog.
