I think the marketing strategy some casino used to lure customer more to their casino is these free bonuses, you would be suprised how it works but human and gamblers as a whole have a way to go about their greed and ego sometimes they get traps in all these free bonuses and turn out to game more on the casino. You are missing the point here. On one hand, what you said is true about many players just looking for free bonuses. On the other hand, your team is chasing away legit customers by asking them too many questions.


Maybe they better follow those casinos who give bonuses without giving asking to much conditions. Since if they became so strict toward giving bonuses and ask to much requirements on it then maybe this could disappoint their gambler then could be the reason that they would just play by using the bonus they get and leave after that.

What better thing to do is they focus on finding more ways to attract people and increase more their exposure.

How about my withdrawal block on my account? I still have not heard an update.....waiting a total of 4 weeks now!!!
The other user on here already got his situation solved, why not me too? It is not about a lot of money, my deposit was 30mbtc and my current balance 47mbtc, I only won 17mbtc! If you are gonna take so long to solve a case for that amount, then it is not a good impression to make for your other customers! Do you want to become big or not??

Sounds simple but actually it is not that simple because I tried it myself sometime ago and never received any welcome offer from your side till now.
The first response from your side was even taking too long time (almost 48H) if I remember it correctly and too many Chit-chat from the VIP host that I do not think is important to be asked because the main idea of this program should be the priority instead of asking too much unimportant thing.

I understand your point. I am not an expert in this section. We have a dedicated team to handle VIP customers, and I believe they are experienced and know how to handle the customers. Of course, improvement suggestions are always welcome. I won't mind forwarding the suggestions to the team even though the team members are watching this thread regularly.

A scam accusation would only help you if at least 3 DT members support it. And I doubt you, as a newbie, were able to find 3 of those members to support a case they don't know much about.
But anyway, I understand your frustration and I agree a solution must be found asap. @betboltxbt already replied to your post and I don't think he can't do much about it but forwarding it to the people that are in charge. Nevertheless, he situation should be addressed properly. Suspending an account is one thing but the player should at least know why and what he could/should do about it next.
The amount is really not worth the stress (for both sides) so maybe handle this case with priority so everybody can move on.

I can understand how he feels as it is a disappointment due to the long waiting of his small withdrawal. Maybe other users including me will feel the same and act the same like him because a month waiting for a small withdrawal + no reply at all from the casino make it worst. Although there is no good reason for a casino to scam just for such a small amount of money but this experience may affect other potential players to play in betbolt. Logically, if a small withdrawl may take a month to be processed without a clear reason, it may also happen for bigger withdrawal amount. Betbolt need to have better service and communication with players regardless how much money involved in the issue.

I understand what you mean, totally. But still OP is not at fault here since he is just managing the ANN thread, and he replied and also played a part in settling this (by forwarding it). So I thought a thank you would be something one could say.
Also, looking at the posting history of the player it's not like he never had any problems at other sites. Only in the last month he complained about issues at whale and blackjack.fun. Sure it's minor problems but still there is a history. Anyway, glad it got resolved, he hopefully gets his money and the case is closed.
