Basically it is smart marketing strategy because most people will be interested to join due to its simple task but once they realize that their chance of winning is close to zero, they will stop participating which means (as you said) that they have done free advertising for the casino . Anyway I have to agree with you that the drawing of the winner should be transparent because sooner or later people will be asking about the winners, whether they are real winners or just internal staff's accounts.

True. I must admit, even I did it back when stake had that promotion. Obviously I never ever got anything on twitter, since they mostly "reward" the same accounts, we talked about that before. There is never any transparency with them so I hope bb takes a different approach! The ide of basically free promo is nice of course, so it's smart to copy a big site that has done it before. What worked once will certainly work twice as well. I wish the VIP transfer would also work though. Been over 3 weeks now and 10 days since I shot OP my nickname, crickets ever since though. I would like to add that you could create an avatar campaign here on the forum and continue with it on social media. It would be more interesting to centralize everything in one topic here and users would organize their reports. Everyone wins, Betbolt with the marketing and the users with a few dollars. You should specify what specific contest you are referring so that the representative will addressed it properly. Betbolt has multiple contests so it will save time to provide what exactly have a problem or what the specific progress you are referring? Rewards distribution?

Since the campaign manager also asked you guys to wait a little more, you should allow them some time. I believe there is a communication gap from the Betbolt official side, which is why they either didn't see the manager's message, or they did not respond to it.

Sometimes the person in contact could be unavailable, or the person who can credit the rewards may not be available. Whatever the case is, allow them some time and see what happens. BTW, Betbolt is recruiting people for their company, check their X account. I think this is a good sign.
