I created a $500+ transaction, and everything went smoothly. please ​​add a letter of guarantee since, without an exchange ID, there's nothing to prove the address belongs to CCE.

In theory, CCECash is perfect in everything it does, I've done many swaps through them. The only thing missing is the letter of guarantee and an escrow safe deposit.

I agree with you, although it's good to have a letter of guarantee as many people wants such a thing but most people want a good exchange that they can use without doing any kind of KYC and CCE.Cash is quite good at delivering that thing. So far everyone who used CCE.Cash has become happy with it and hopefully in future we might have both letter of guarantee and escrow deposit as well.

The Russian crypto regulatory bill is highly restrictive, with the government dividing investors into different classes, with certain requirements and restrictions. I.e. 'unqualified' investors are restricted to an annual investment cap of ~ $4000. They must also pass a risk-awareness assessment test for such a 'small' amount.

I think many parts of this regulatory bill is absurd, but i get it that the government want to control everything about how its citizens use crypto.

The raffle rules only say you cannot use proofs from previous raffles. I think you can participate with the order in the next raffle but maybe this will be the quickest raffle because you only need to publish a already done swap
