After update on v3 cant mine BTC in dualmode, no settings in web interface... And when i try rollback to v1 have error - "Firmware with name 'LAG3355_12-RC1' is not found". Anyone successfully rollback on v1? lol, this has been discussed... Its been known for weeks that ver3 would discontinue dual mining!~

How are the speeds on the poolside? Any difference in the avg hashrate?

Anyone successfully rollback on v1? The file it searches for. http://www.megafileupload.com/en/file/505377/LAG3355-12-RC1-bin.html Uploaded it myself a month ago. If it doesn't download, let me know, still have it. (Directly received from Jack)

I have been able to fix all the issues aforementioned, been testing on Ghash.io and it does the job perfectly now. I have also fixed some performance issues with the miner software, it should be about 10-20 kh/s/miner faster. Also the memory consumption is further reduced, so it is possible to run more than 50 units. Waiting for Jack to respond so it can be released. Tryied to upgrade my V2 units. (HW V1.6). All I get is this error "Sysupgrade: cat: write error: Broken pipe cat: write error: Broken pipe cat: write error: Broken pipe cat: write error: Broken pipe Invalid image type. Image check 'platform_check_image' failed."
Try the v1 bin image.

ok, got to a windows machine, on chrome... Now when i upload upgrade ver1 it says "md5 error"
Flashed one of them fine, just this one giving my problems
I had the same problem. you need to delete the upgrade file and redownload it. It can only be used once and then does not work.

After using two controllers for a day with 42 miners, I have concluded that the V3 firmware preforms worse than a raspberry pi with cgminer/bfgminer or a wiibox controller with 2.1.0 firmware OCed to 850. It is convenient to have up to 40 miners on one TP-link, but the high number of stale shares is totally unacceptable. I am going back to five wiibox controllers that can still dual mine and produce a more stable hashrate.
Edit: I have two LightningASIC controllers updated to the V3 firmware that I would happily part with if anyone needs one. Just pm me a fair price and I can ship it out. Escrow is fine of course.

Any idea what is happening here: http://wafflepoolmonitor.com/index.php?address=18yNxBAY4KcGtvDcbda1e8AUJv2gMYptkhI've restarted everything a couple times now and as far as the controller is reporting, it seems normal.

Maybe a hard reset for the miners and TP-link would help. I was getting a similar problem when it would restart every 5 minutes. It went away when I backed off to 850 from 887. You can also try changing the interval for the 'Restart dead miner' setting.

You can also try changing the interval for the 'Restart dead miner' setting. A hard reset was the first thing I did. I'm already running at 850 and the controller is reporting a decent accept rate. Currently it's showing that it's been hashing away just fine for over an hour. Quite a difference from what the above link is showing. The disconnect is concerning. I guess I'll keep doing hard resets and hope one of them solves the issue.

List of changes with the new firmware? Works with most, if not all other pools. Reject rate significantly lowered, effective hashrate should be increased by 10-20kh/s/miner. Memory comsumption is lower, which makes it possible to run up to 50 miners. Some other speed optimizations have been implemented. Getting a failed to unpack firmware error on the new bin.
Seems to be hardware related, some have this issue :/
