Makes more sense here though, I agree, it's mainly because of the absence of some key players from the PSG and they still managed to beat Barcelona that's the surprising part. So let's just imagine they were complete, that means it would have been more than this number of goals in the match. The absence of Kara was something else, because I could see that Barcola wasn't effective in the game even.

PSG president is proud of Luis Enrique management at Parc des Princes stadium already. This particular manager in question have been supporting and contributing quite alot of strategies to improve the standards and uniqueness of the club. Luis Enrique might as well be the best thing that happen to Les Parisiens because in a short while, they've accompanied so many titles and have become quite the best team in Europe currently. Paris Saint-Germain key players was absent and there have been quite not good hanging circles.

You've seen Paris Saint-Germain players lately? They regained confidence and have been the most competitive team in Ligue One, we know the roles involved and how they're been consistent with streak winnings. Previous UCL game against Barcelona, they dominated and won big on Barca soil, it'd amazing.

I think that this absence of some key players in PSG team should be the actual shocking part for most persons who are expressing surprise at the defeat Barcelona met in the hands of PSG in their own home. But Luis Enrique has made it obvious that he's not building his team on any particular set of player(s) and with the result they got with Barcelona it's an evidence  of impactful change Enrique has done to the French club and their readinw to defend their UCL title.

PSG has proven to the general public that, even without their key players, they can still deliver, which was not what we were expecting. At first, we thought that since the key players of PSG were absent, it would be an advantage to Barcelona. No one knew they would still serve Barcelona a hot one. It’s actually funny though, but everyone was surprised that PSG did that to Barcelona. Although Barcelona are not playing that well this season, we can all confirm that.

For me I won't say that Barcelona are not playing well, they are. This just what we call a performance of different level. Barcelona team and the fan base where not expecting that, including myself. We have all seen the performance of Barcelona, although not catching as of last season. Barcelona have already predicted that the match would have been won in an easy way, because they have so many advantages over Paris Saint German. PSG where not with there key players, also them playing at home was also an upper hand. But PSG place the match in a upper hand over Barcelona.
And this is something that is looking more interesting to Hansi flick, if any team that have that tactical idea as his, and physicality from the team, indeed they will definitely hold Hansi flick's men on the pitch, this is what PSG did in that game.

So Nuno Mendes literally win man of the match award twice in a row against a Yamal based team and in each of the occasion the dude is in fire. He contained Yamal so well that he couldn't play almost anything in the second half. How can a LB be winning man of the match when there are other high profile players on the pitch, it simply tells us how coordinated and exceptional he was on the pitch. He doesn't talk on social media, his talks are all on the pitch.
Lamin yamal as become a problem to himself. The social media is not a place that is kept private, what ever you do, trust me, people are down there watching. It should have been better not coming to social media and start bragging over a match you haven't even played. Look at the best players of all time we have, the likes of Messi and Christiano Ronaldo, we haven't seen them bragg before any match, they only bragg on the pitch, at some point they don't even continue bragging after a successful match. Again look at Messi with 8 Ballon d'or, he is quite about it, and no one is having that noise from him
Let us all assume that Lamin yamal won the Ballon d'or, ahead of O. Dembélé, trust me, the world wouldn't have contained us again, especially their rival fans Real Madrid.
My advice for him is to advise himself, let him remain humble, and he he will definitely perform better.
Lamin yamal is a world talented player, and we all knows about it, it will get improved if he plays and continuing remaining humble.
That's one thing he doesn't yet realise, if you make noise on social media, you should be able to play up to expectations. I think Yamal doesn't have better advisors or his social media handler isn't doing a good job regarding his outburst on social media. At least for now he will keep shut and won't say anything because Nuno Mendes has shit him up for the time being.

Well, you're not wrong. Real Madrid practically destroyed them, and Kairat was psychologically devastated.
I honestly didn't expect so many goals, but congratulations to Real Madrid, what can I say?
Xabi Alonso did well to motivate his players, there were some great moves, but the game itself (I only saw the highlights) was played practically entirely by Real Madrid. I feel sorry for my fellow Kairat fans.

Considering Real Madrid's history and its strength, there could not have been any other ending.
i am also noticing, correct me if i am wrong, that Xabi Alonso is getting along very well with the team and is able to talk to and motivate the players, since they now respect him.

What he posted on Instagram boosted Barcelona fans confidence that they'd beat PSG. Even looking at the PSG lineup, I expected Barcelona to win. But Barcelona lost possession and struggled in every aspect of this match. It was Hansi Flick's worst match since taking charge in Barcelona. Lionel Messi was once like Lamine Yamal in Barcelona, and he never bragged like Yamal does now, his actions always worked on the pitch. Yamal's a young, talented player with a lot to achieve in football, but all the pre-match hype talk might make him lose focus, because he'll feel pressured to perform for fans has promised, and that can affect his game even from the opponent, just like we saw yesterday.

The best thing is Yamal should overlook the internet hype and smile, then put in hard work and stop putting the hype on social media in his head because that will definitely make him feel like he has arrived and will make him play as he wants without bothering himself.

The fans are expecting much from him, and he should focus on what the fans need, not the hype. If he thinks the hype is going to make people love him even without doing the necessary things, then he’s lying. Yamal should make sure he is doing the right thing before it will affect his career.

so we have to be honest and analytical, Barcelona had started very well in fact they were the first to score
However, afterwards a sort of psychological subservience began to enter into the matter, PSG was still and calm and above all they reasoned with the ball accordingly, they waited for the right moment, for Barcelona's mistakes, to punish them.
this means being a mature team

The players has no choice they need to work with him so they can win trophies if they don't win trophies or they don't do well it will affect the club and when it affect the club it affects also the players and the coach together so they need to work together in other to produce a good result, Real Madrid has world class players and they are performing very well however I still do not like this current form they are not playing like the old real Madrid I know, they need to increase their form in order to compete for the champions League title, from what I'm seeing now PSG is the most informed team in the champions League this season and they may still lift the champions League title this season, they play very well in the match between them and Barcelona and the won it shows that they are very inform and can lift the champions League title this season again.

He's line of action speaks volume that he still a kid that doesn't know how to comport himself  on his social media handle, and if he is a fast learner, their is a big chances that he might never make such outburst again in the nearest future, because he's going to know that talking tough wouldn't change anything.
Additionally, it brings added pressure and attention to him that makes such noise  on social media, and just like this that he fail to do anything after such outburst, he will even feel more ashamed of himself, so this is a very good lesson he must learn from, if not, he might embarrassed himself again in the future by such behavior.

Team motivation after a lose is very important. Madrid was lucky to face an underdog in the UCL, so they can able to win the match. However, winning a UCL match by five goals isn't easy and i will not say if kairat too easy to Madrid. although I don't understand what motivation Xabi gave to his team in the locker room to forget the big lose to Atletico in La Liga, i think Xabi success to bring team confidence before the match.

Yes, confidence is fundamental in certain cases and having a boost of self-esteem like Real Madrid had is very important.
Now they have to take all that positivity and channel it into other victories which are fundamental, now more than ever the coach must motivate the boys

With the pressure on a lot of these club managers to  produce excellent results and win a major trophy for the season with their club some of the managers I fear for the fate of many of them finishing this season with the club they are with.
It's better these managers are named, managers like E. Maresca and Amorim are under such pressure now. The Chelsea boss is used to making nonsensical defensive changes Everytime he's under pressure possibly from his men reduced to 10 and for Amorim to win a normal game is a big deal for him despite the heavy spending over the transfer window. Manchester United board have in Amorim such faith that is unseen based on the fact that with all bad performance, kicking him out is still one big task for them and instead they've told him to try playing 4-3-3 formation as against the unhelpful one he's used to.

I think Arterta too is under serious pressure too just like Amorim because with the depth of his team now if he doesn't win a major trophy this season, there might not be another for him as Arsenal boss.
Fair enough you picked the names right cause they were the first two managers at the core of my comment and it's unlikely that one of them two will see to the end of the season with their club, and that I'm sure.

R. Amorim has made himself talk of the town in a bad light and this comes on the high expectations Manchester united fans had on him when taking over the role, too bad, he has not made any impressive runs with United. His fortunate victory over Chelsea was Amorim's saving grace cause that match was a huge decider for his future in Old Trafford.

On the part of E. Maresca I was beginning to feel he is out of options and have exhausted his plans. He does not look good at facing pressure either, with the matches Chelsea have endured red cards he has regularly made wrong substitutions for a manager that should be creative. For M. Arteta, the excuses from him may fondly end this season with Arsenal.

PSG have many star players and their coach can easily rotate players without much problems than other clubs that are poorer and have worse finance than PSG. PSG have many players and with Champions League title in the last season, they have great achievement that shows their mentality improvement and also a great motivation for their better mentality and performances in this season. Now, PSG can play with any big clubs in Champions League without fear like in the past and their position is much better than just two years ago.

PSG did not have problems with quality but they struggled to improve their mentality in many years even always ready spending huge money. It's a common challenge for any clubs with abundant money and they usually have to spend 5 to 10 years for success in their domestic league first, then expanding their success to Champions League.

PSG already went through that biggest challenge successfully and now they are like a newest role model for any new richest club that are developing like PSG years ago.

It was a brilliant performance from Mendez because he was able to play very well in all positions. Mendez single handedly break into Barcelona defense by penetrating into the middle of Barcelona three players and made the assit that led to the first goal. He is indeed a strong and skilled player. He deserves the reward.

PSG already went through that biggest challenge successfully and now they are like a newest role model for any new richest club that are developing like PSG years ago.

Being a role model sounds as if other teams could copy them, but what would you copy from them? Every now and then there are luck circumstances, like all the players in a team complement each other perfectly.

When Barcelona was under the management of Pep Guardiola, it wasn't only Guardiola, but the lucky circumstance that there was Iniesta, Xaxi, Busquets, Puyol, many of the best offensive players in the world plus Messi. Guardiola didn't buy those players, he just got them there, partially from their own academy La Masia. It didn't make Barcelona a role model because nobody else could watch them and copy them.

It is the same for PSG, many things work out for them, last but not least Dembele who could never fully play up to his potential for other teams. Now he can do that out of a sudden and nobody really understands why that is.

Honestly speaking with you I don't believe for one day that Barcelona will lose against Paris Saint Germain with this there current form but it happened, even with the plenty injury players Paris Saint Germain has and this result has given me the reason to believe that Paris Saint Germain wil beat Barcelona well if they are complete I mean if their injury players are back and funny enough they didn't even play Barcelona like they have players that are injury instead they played as if everyone is available, they did well and Nuno Mendez has been an obstacle for Lamine Yamal.

Just before the Barcelona Vs PSG game, Yamal wrote on his Instagram account "I'm back and the mission is also back" from all indications, he was referring to the would be game that they were about to play. Of course in the first 25 minutes of the game, Barcelona players were flying and were even ahead. Their fans thought they were going to beat PSG since they had already scored and were pressing to score another. PSG turned the game around after the scored the equaliser and in the second half, they started playing their normal game.

Everyone has a personal life outside of sports and the club or manager doesn't want to interfere in that personal life. Lamine Yamal must do all these things like practice time, planning, etc. as per routine because if he didn't do them, he would have already been in the news and the club would have been annoyed with him. We might have had high expectations from him against PSG but PSG's defenders have always held him back. Lamine Yamal performed badly against PSG, so there is no reason to consider him a bad player. It is very normal to have a bad performance in one or two single matches. In the upcoming matches, he will once again be seen performing well and playing a good role in Barcelona's victory, which is why Barcelona fans will once again expect him because he is a professional player and has great skills.

At the same time, Mendes (who, in addition to the treble, won the Nations League) is at the bottom of the Ballon d'Or rankings relative to Yamal. Such is the power of PR. Imagine what would have happened if Portugal hadn't won the Nations League?  Grin
Meanwhile, Barcelona remains the top favorite to win the Champions League, this time alongside PSG. I still think this team is clearly overrated:

FC Barcelona - 6.50

Paris Saint-Germain FC - 6.50

Arsenal FC - 7.00

Liverpool FC - 7.50

Real Madrid CF - 9.50

FC Bayern München - 10.00

Manchester City FC - 11.00

Although it is worth admitting that a whole bunch of teams have very close odds.

It seems like you missed something mate, because the match is over and Chelsea managed to secure 3 points in this match even though it was thanks to an own goal in the first 20 minutes but a win is still a win.
However, looking at what actually happened the match wasn't as exciting as others, it was quite monotonous. There wasn't much to see in terms of attacking exchanges, and opportunities felt scarce as both clubs seemed to hold back.

The main focus for Chelsea is how their matches have unfolded across all competitions they've participated in. In their last 4 matches, 3 of them saw Chelsea players receive red cards. This situation needs to be addressed, as continuing this way could lead to tangible losses.
Yes, in fact, things have to be said as they are, Chelsea won regardless and therefore we must recognize that the team deserves a compliment even if they need to change their approach to the match and ensure that they can do much more, there is still a lot of work to do.

That night,  few minutes I was praising Barcola,  the next 15 minutes,  I am insulting him for not being good enough when it comes to the final third and also taking killer decisions in front of goal. I will tell you this, Barcola is a different player in front of goal and a different player on the wing, but how can you transform into a killer player for yourself and your club if you're not good enough in final third. Barcelona did well but Paris Saint Germany showed up when it mattered most.

Well, Chelsea still deserves praise. After all, just seeing them in the Champions League is strong evidence that this team has truly returned to being a strong team. And further proof is that Chelsea also won the Club World Cup. So, Chelsea is no longer a team to be underestimated.

And what's interesting about Chelsea is that this team previously received a lot of criticism for bringing in too many young players and continually releasing their senior players. Well, that was about two years ago, if I remember correctly. But since then, it turns out that this team has succeeded with their strategy of consistently acquiring young players. And now the results are starting to show.
