It's clear that the five teams you mentioned are strong contenders for the UCL title this season but I might want to cross Man City off your list. I don't mean to belittle them, but I feel that Liverpool is currently much stronger than Man City and much more prepared to represent the Premier League in this year UCL competition. I don't think Arsenal should be on the list because of what Arsenal has done to anyone. They are always busy fighting for what exactly I don't understand, so Arsenal is not ready, so the fact that they are not on that list, I don't think anything is wrong with that. Recent of UEFA Champion League winner, never any team winning UCL back to back except Real Madrid did it three consecutives season and not surely for next season PSG will be dominance for becoming the winner again. Even though PSG fully play with composition players of last season but can't guarantee how easily for defending UEFA Champion League tittle how many teams failed did it except Real Madrid.
