I cannot rule off Chelsea out of the Champions League title because of the wonders they performed at the CWC, not only that but the club has been equipped with great players that can play against any team and conquer and for the fact that they could win the defending champions of the Champions League by name PSG is something we should give attention to because Chelsea are not here to joke around this season. They have now addition Alejandro Garnacho to their squad recently which will give the team enough confidence in their matches this season, i still see the blues to have potential capacity to win the Champions League even though we might put other teams ahead of them.

Chelsea just needs to maintain consistency this season. They look to have started well this season and all of their games have been so well played this season except finishing the first match in a draw. They won the FIFA club world cup in an exceptional way, and I think they are going to have a good time in the champions league this season.

The champions league is yet to start, but with all indications, Chelsea are going to be amongst the teams that will be top contenders for the title. They just need to replicate the same tactics they used during the club World Cup in order to stand a good chance for the champions league title this season. I have some hope in them this season than I did last season.

Any club that is in form can win the Champions League, don't feel that's only Chelsea that can win it. There are more elite clubs in the Champions League than Chelsea despite that Chelsea performance shows that they're in form. Nobody knows which club can make it to the final at this stage.

And by more elite teams you mean teams like Barcelona, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, PSG, Inter Milan, Liverpool, etc. I would have agreed with you had it been that this was coming one or two seasons ago when the stats of Chelsea performance was really that nothing to lay hope on, but as for today's Chelsea they may be looking like a team wirh no big name players in the club but they are a threat to many of these more elite teams. We might not have knowledge of which teams exactly will make it to the finals but its doesn't hinder us from habibour favourite teams for the trophy.

I was really disappointed with Rangers for such a display. Why should it be that difficult for them to win a match and qualify for the champions league? Sometimes i don't like blaming the coach for a horrible performance but come on, these guys played twice and were unable to win.

It was a total mess that Rangers conceded 9 goals in two games at the UCL qualifying match. It makes no sense for a team like Rangers to lose that way, I'll assume they had other activities that they aim at achieving in their local leagues, maybe that's why they  failed to qualify. On the other hand, Club Brugge was excellent; they had a nice display, proving they qualified to compete for the Champions League. If Brugge could be that aggressive in their play against Rangers, I believe they will also show Europe what they can do in the champions League.

Yes, Rangers' current performance is indeed very poor, so I think it's understandable that they failed to advance to the group stage of this season's Champions League. As we can see, even in the first leg, Rangers struggled to win, even though they were playing at home. So, given that, it's understandable that Rangers were completely thrashed by Brugge in the second leg. Because, fundamentally, Rangers' current performance is very poor.



Furthermore, I don't think Rangers' current poor performance is due to their domestic league. In fact, Rangers' performance is very poor in their domestic league as well. Of the four matches Rangers have played in the Scottish Premiership, they have only managed to draw all four. So, given that, I think Rangers' current performance is indeed poor. And yes, Brugge's current performance is quite good. But I believe they need to work harder to advance further in the Champions League. Remember PSG when they tried to buy all the best players just to win the Champions League, they had Messi, Neymar and all the best players in defense and midfield, but it didn't give them anything. So just gathering all the stars in one team is not the best solution, because there must be a coach who can manage all these players, which is not easy. Enrique, by the way, saw that it was difficult for him with Mbappe and in the end he was not against him leaving the club and it worked for PSG. The result of the match between Chelsea and PSG in the club world cup final was a surprise to everybody no one believed that Chelsea will win PSG and this is also similar to the champions League final between PSG and Inter Milan no one believed that PSG will win Inter Milan however PSG won.
Calling Chelsea a weaker is really unacceptable because Chelsea is a very strong and informed team and they have made history over time so you don't call them a weaker team, PSG won Inter Milan and no one believe that they will win Inter Milan and that was the same way Chelsea won them when no one believe to Chelsea will win them, football is always unpredictable sometimes and if a team underestimate other team too much the end up losing to that team they underestimated, this season I don't think it will be possible for PSG to lift the champions League title however nothing is impossible let's see how it goes.

This is why I love football because it is full of surprises. PSG was the least club the booker made the favorite in their odd before the competition started last season. They shocked everyone and humiliated all the big clubs that crossed their path during the competition. I will love to see a different club win UCL this season if possible.

Agreeee.... PSG were not considered favorites to win the Champions league last season, even qualifying for the playoffs was a total mysterious for this team. Although PSG lost points in the first few matches, but you know the team secured their  ticket to the playoffs due to consecutive wins in the last few matches of the first round. After that then we saw PSG's great performance in every match of the knockout round. They finally defeated a team like Inter Milan 5-0 in the final . It would not be surprising if a new team performs unexpectedly well this season. Because the Champions League is always unpredictable. Every team that qualified for the knockout round is very strong.

There is no guarantee that PSG will return to triumph this season at the UEFA Champion League. All teams that have ensured themselves to compete in the biggest tournament at the European level are all still possible to become a team that will win the trophy. Even the team that was considered very strong could be a weak team that was eliminated earlier.
The Club World Cup is an example that everything can still happen. In quality, a popular team is more reliable but not a certainty they can win in the end.

Surprises always happen in football, which is why some people were very surprised by the result of PSG against Chelsea in the FIFA World Cup final. However, if you ask me, I would say that most Chelsea fans were sure that they would defeat PSG because they were different from the other teams that PSG has been thrashing, and we can see from their club's fan belief that they defeated the mighty PSG, who have been performing well, even after defeating Bayern Munich with nine players.

This is a new season, and the new Champions League phase has been drawn. The majority of people wanted to see PSG and Barcelona in the final last season, or Chelsea should face Barcelona. These three teams will meet in the Champions League group stage, and I believe that all of this debate will end once any team wins their game. I hope Barcelona has the same energy as last season.
