You're absolutely right! Winning one title doesn't automatically mean that you're the best team and can therefore win more titles or beat other big, strong clubs easily. Chelsea were really lucky in the Club World Cup, but they'll need more than luck against Bayern, who are in very great form.

They have holes: Colwill has an ACL, which is why the backline is one knock away from disintegration, and Palmer missing the initial few group games is huge , because he was the one who brought them home with 15G/8A the previous league season.
