Football is full of unexpected events, I totally agree with your thinking, also the performances in the league are always different from those in the Champions League.
The Champions League is always more competitive than the Local Championship, it happens to make ugly figures, as Real Madrid did for example in the Championship yesterday, but this does not define anything in the Champions League standings.
PSG really have great opportunities to lift the cup, but that doesn't mean it's a mathematical certainty that they will be able to do so, to put it better right now it's really difficult to confirm.

Pedri is back at Barcelona which is great news. They really need him especially in the Champions League. In big matches, for sure! His creativity is vital to start winning such matches after league phase.

I think they will win all of their remaining matches in this phase by the way. All of their opponents are too easy for them. But until they start showing some better performances in big matchups I can't be sure of them to go until the finale this season.

Even without Pedri. Barcelona will still win the rest of fixtures in UCL qualifier stage. I meant with the amounts of quality players they have, it makes no sense if they can't win against Frankfurt, Slavia Praha, and Copenhagen. They get easy fixtures. So i will obviously blame Flick if his team will unable to get full points from the rest of fixtures.

The injury has really affect them very well and the good thing is that Lamine Yamal is back and Raphina also is back but their ability to play and perform like before has reduced somehow but I believe with time they will come up completely and the game will really change. Though, Barcelona has not been stable since this season started and their overall performance has reduced because the game they played against Chelsea was not supposed to end that way but it just happened and they really need to work on themselves because if they should be meeting club like Chelsea I'm 100 percent sure they will be losing.
