You are right, but what Chelsea did to other strong clubs in this champion league, i don't think Atalanta have done such thing in this champion league. I know that game can change at any time but that one will not guarantee the club that will win the trophy, because other clubs can apply new tactics to change the game for their favour to stop their opponent not to continue the winning.

They keep signing new players, but they aren't achieving major things in Europe, like winning the Premier League, the Champions League, the Conference League, or the Club World Cup. I don't consider those things relevant to the level of investment Chelsea has made.
