Arsenal performance is not really like previous seasons, that they were unable to keep their consistency. I have no complaints about Mikel Arteta and I shouldn't have any, because I see how he has tried every season to take Arsenal to the top. While Arteta has failed, he has now turned Arsenal into a team where Arsenal are considered serious rivals in both the Premier League and the Champions League. If we talk about this season's Champions League, Arsenal is the most consistent team. They have played 5 matches and won them all. Including against strong championship contender teams like Bayern Munich, Arsenal managed to win that match with a convincing score of 3-1. Two strong teams from Spain were also defeated: Atletico Madrid was beaten 4-0, and Athletic Bilbao was beaten 2-0 at their own home stadium, Estadio San Mames Bilbao. Arsenal have started the entire football season with a really strong statement and that's why many are actually considering them to be the possible winners of the trophy but just as you said, we all saw what happened to Liverpool who finished with a 100% record and then ended up being knocked out by a team who didn't win all their games and if arsenal is known for one thing it's their ability to not win trophies do let's just hope this time around it's different.

Arsenal is just good and they see still good even till this time,  Liverpool did well then and so they got the title last season but this season they have  been poor with their performance and so they do not look like they will be able to defend the title this season in the premier league, and for this champions league I believe they will not do as much as Arsenal likely will do in the champions.
