I honestly wondered why sporting could not get a goal in that yesterdays game, they would have been the ones to qualify possibly, because a goal from them would have gotten the game to extra time and possibly penalty shoot.  Arsenal foresaw the game and decided to probably play that way, it could also be that they would have gotten a  goal too if the Sporting had gotten one, they defensively followed the rhythm of the game.

Many expected Barcelona to qualify especially knowing the fact Atletico Madrid knock them out of a domestic league competition not long ago but then they conceded two goals to nil at Home and Away some were expecting them to turn things around which they almost did when they equalized but Lookman added another to keep ATM ahead in the first half and then nothing changed in the scoresheet in the second half.

I feel like Arsenal should be very much weary of ATM even if they are the favorite to win this game, ATM can turn things around when given opportunities.

In France, the French Football Federation is postponing Paris Saint-Germain's matches. This allows the team more rest. Perhaps a similar approach could be developed in Germany, or if Bayern Munich clinches the championship this week, they could field a reserve squad for the remaining matches. Paris Saint-Germain is still in the title race in the French league, so they can't risk fielding a reserve squad. I think it will be a great match. There were so many fouls from Athletico and yet all yellow cards were not even upto 5 I think , with allot of advantage moments especially in the second half.. the referee and the var really did them dirty.

BUT, Barcelona could have also qualified if they didn’t waste so much chances..that’s not new and neither conceding of goals was. Fault was also on the team at large.

It’s not reversible anyway, now we just have to relax and watch who qualifies between Bayern and PSG . The one who qualifies to the final will likely win but I wouldn’t dismiss the other side too.. Final is always a tuff one.

Honestly, the left is always much more interesting than the right including for this semi-final. Not that Atletico and Arsenal are weak but it is undeniable that currently seeing Bayern against PSG is definitely much more interesting.

These 2 matches seem to be the opposite for me where PSG and Bayern are always over in their attack tactics while for now Atletico and Arsenal always tend to be more waiting and just take advantage of the momentum and I will still predict the Arsenal match to remain boring like in the quarter final.
But for the Champions League final, I hope Bayern and Arsenal are in the final because although PSG and Atletico are not easy opponents but I want to see Arsenal in the final for this season and Bayern is clearly their superior now with its superiority.

Saying PSG will defeat Bayern this season is still strange, I’m doubting the fact because Bayern is another strong club we should all pay attention to maybe we’re carried away by PSG last season meanwhile Bayern was on their worst performance last season reason why they couldn’t compete as usual.

I think I understand the vision Camavinga saw even though the idea was really stupid and reckless, before pulling a stunt like, you have to gage how strict a referee is or whether from previous call, he is going to retreat to balance a game or give a card when you are already on a yellow card. If it was a referee like the one who oversaw the Barcelona v ATM's second leg, he would have been more lenient and I think that's why Camavinga got it wrong.

For me, it will be a back 2 back championship for PSG. Just look at how easily they beat Liverpool. Liverpool couldn’t even score in both legs, a clean sheet for PSG.
But yes, since Bayern managed to beat Real Madrid, it’s not impossible for them to do the same against PSG. this won't be an easy game for PSG like what they did to Liverpool..

I know the players in each club come from different countries, but whoever wins this I’ll probably pick that country to win the World Cup too. If PSG wins, I’ll go with France. If Bayern wins, then Germany. lol
