Psg got lucky in the game but they got lucky in the penalties, there is a high chance that arsenal would have ended up winning that game but it is quite unfortunate that they didn't end up winning the game. Winning the UCL back to back is quite impressive, psg has proven to be the best club in the world.

Statistically PSG clearly controlled the game for the entire 90 minutes. When it came to penalties, the chances became 50:50. However the penalty taker's role depends on the quality and mentality of the players, and Arsenal were poor in that regard. If not for that penalty which one way or the other the pressure mounted on them by PSG lead to that penalty, Arsenal would have been able to keep up with the pressure and not allow them score any goal. The way Arsenal was defending in that game, it was obvious that if they didn’t concede a penalty during the course of the game, or a good spotted shot on at goal which would not be possible considering how tight their defense was, PSG won’t score any goal until the end of the game. Both teams have quality, one of them have the quality of defending while the other one attacking, none of them were complete and that was what made the match interesting. In the end, the best club won but Arsenal also deserves some accolades, they can try again next season.

Except for Arsenal's goal at the beginning of the match, the presence of Arsenal players was not noticeable in the entire match. Arsenal's performance was not good. They were able to score very quickly. And their target was to end the match 1-0. Arsenal played poorly defensively. Arsenal players were able to only 28 % of the ball possession. PSG players dominated the match. And the deserving team became the champion. I did not like arsenal's performance in any match of the knockout round. They played defensively in every match.

No, PSG were a better team in the game but they couldn't create more meaning chances in the game because Arsenal parked the bus after they scored an early goal against PSG in the 6th minute. I rooted for PSG to win, I was happy when they won Arsenal on penalty shootout. Luis Enrique is a coach that believe in team work over replying on one player, and so far his belief has helped PSG won the Champions League they couldn't win when they have Mbappe, Messi, and Neymar in their squad, so PSG are lucky to have Luis Enrique.

For a short period of the match I thought Arsenal would be able to take home the trophy, when they were leading 1-0.
You could say they even managed to keep control of it, honestly I didn't expect a different ending, in the sense that as I said the performances were balanced and in fact it ended up that I had to play it on penalties.
For me it was a gripping match, the ending in this case is the most adrenaline-filled, it doesn't last long but it's intense.

During the build up of this finals between Arsenal and PSG, I stated earlier that we were going to experience one of the most tedious yet the most balanced game in the history of champions league finals because the both teams involved have their own peculiarities which when deployed could be of great advantage to both teams respectively, in defense Arsenal is better and on the offensive the PSG side are better which means non of the both sides could have been able to overwhelm the other.

The UEFA champions League was a serious battle between Arsenal and PSG, indeed we all know that Arsenal maintain their defensive strategy and formation while PSG did everything in their capacity to ensure that the try to trigger as not to play out but they couldn't succeeded, Arsenal fought well for the cup to make them deserving to win the trophy at last but they couldn't, this shows that PSG was already extinct to take it the second time consecutively and they also put in all their best to ensure that they remain on defeated by Arsenal no matter what, even though the penalty cake come as the worst ever scenario for Arsenal to have lost such a golden chance opportunity.

Arsenal were the better team in the game but unfortunately PSG won the trophy on penalties. I would've liked to see Arsenal to win. I'm not upset that PSG won though because I enjoy seeing Luis Enrique succeed. He couldn't celebrate it well after the tragic events he went through last season. This time he looked genuinely happy. Are you sure you watched the same match as every one else? Even in broad daylight you still want to twist it, Arsenal was the better team in what match? A team that was practically defending from minute 1 to 120 minutes, I don't even want to talk of the statistics here because we all saw it. How are you the better team when you are in your own half almost all the time in the entire game. PSG were having a free role to come at Arsenal almost at will. What Arsenal was only better in was the fact that they had a solid defence than PSG and that's all.

Arsenal first goal conceded came in at the wrong time, I expected that he should be something towards the end of the match maybe after the first half, but having it too early also make them to go more defensive and avoid attacking even at the least day possibly strike against PSG, why PSG fully played them with their attacking strategy even though the also lack any ability of penetrating to conceal a goal, it was so interesting and even get more things at the second half and extra time given, but eventually got pissed off at the penalty kicks.

PSG have won a back-to-back title in the Champions League and now we will see whether they will manage to break Real Madrid's consecutive title record with Zidane.  

If PSG avoid making major changes to the squad, they will definitely have a good chance of winning back to back titles. However, if Enrique decides to carry out a significant rebuild, I'm quite convinced that PSG could struggle to retain their success next season.

The current PSG squad already has a solid and stable foundation, so there is no real need for a major overhaul. In my view, what PSG need most is quality depth, players on the bench who can provide the same level of performance as the starters. It wasn't an encounter that we expect PSG to score more goals like they did against Inter Milan, they played all they know about football but they couldn't get pass the defenders of Arsenal and if you look at how the defense of Arsenal was you'd know that not all the players have the confidence to approach that game, the tension was much especially for the right back of Arsenal Mosquera, he lost his cool after several tackles. Honestly I wasn't pleased with Arteta for starting Mosquera in that game, he's like a newbie in that defense line.
The attack of PSG was rushing to cause damage meanwhile Arsenal's attackers weren't good enough in that game to return the favor and that made Pacho and the other defenders to relax more than what Arsenal defenders was facing. Well, like they always say, the better side won the game, penalty shootout is anybody's game no body is perfect when it comes to that.

Arsenal were able to stay very stable in the defense against PSG for a long time and we're very coordinated to avoid any mistakes because in games like this, it's little mistakes or a set- piece situation that will break the deadlock, they were very disciplined in the defense and PSG couldn't create many chances, I must commend Arsenal for that. That penalty was not an isolated incident in any way because after the first early goal, arsenal went all in defensively and did not really attack, if they had attacked and still be balanced in the defense, then they would have not really given PSG much time to look for their errors but it was so much unfortunate that it was during the time when PSG were looking for a chance to equalise that a player was fouled in the arsenal's box which gave them a penalty, so the result would have been different if arsenal had come out to attack too and still maintain stability in the defense, but this same thing is what made this final more interesting because Arsenal focused more on defence because that's what they can do best and PSG, having a deadly attack, rely on attacking till they were able to get an opportunity to remain in the game.

The quick goal from Arsenal was actually what I predicted. That way, Arteta will be able to implement a defensive game. Naturally, PSG will try to play more offensively and dominate the ball. Unfortunately, there was a foul committed, and that created a chance for the match to end in a draw. I see that Arsenal and PSG have both played well. They executed their strategies well. It's just that we know that luck in penalties can have a big impact. Arsenal was the less fortunate party. But they have to be satisfied this time.

I know that Arsenal played well in that final to stressed PSG from the first half before PSG got penalty in the second half. Many people know that PSG is going to win that game despite the penalty that occur, because PSG play Arsenal as if they are playing junior club in the champion league final, which is a lesson to Arsenal players.

The most important thing that makes people to praise PSG is the victory they secured from the champion league trophy and they did not allowed any club to beat them through out the tournament. Arsenal lose because they don't have the capacity to beat PSG despite the mistakes PSG made many times but they took advantage of penalty shootout to lift the trophy.
