Como will be in the champions League and they will also need to defend their position in the league the best thing for them to do now is to give their manager Fabregas the go ahead to sign quality players now that some players will be attracted to the team because of the promotion they have achieved.

Como are joining Champions League group stage. They should look for more trustworthy defenders.

Como have a very wealthy owner, but the club cannot make major investments; moreover, they would first have to sell players and then invest in the transfer market – unfortunately, they have to comply with Financial Fair Play regulations.

I totally agree with you, the level of players that have been coming to juventus have really led them to where they are now. I don’t even remember when last juventus was in a scudetto conversation. Top players need to start coming to the team and a lot will improve.

Spending big money have always being their problem, and money gives you quality in the world of football we are now. The club sporting directors need to do better if the clubs really want to be where they use to before.

Just like you said a top striker is expected, I don’t really rate openda and David myself.

Chelsea is open to sell Chalobah, but only if they get the right offer for him. I guess €30 million - €40 million must be pretty good range that's likely to be accepted by Chelsea. However, Como can't afford to pay that big sum of money. So it's likely Como is dropping their interest from him due to his price.
Chalobah is not in the list of untouchable player in Chelsea. So he can leave when he get right offer. 

Beside that Chalobah is a pretty good defender. He has good work rate, and his performance is quite consistent. I also believe he can also settle in Fabregas's gameplan too. That's why Fabregas wants him.

Oh, right, I just found out about that rumor. But I’ve also heard rumors that Galatasaray has stated there is no release clause or ban on transfers to Italian teams, contrary to what Napoli claims. In my opinion, rumors like this are still all over the place. But regardless of all that, Juventus does need a great striker, and even if signing Osimhen proves difficult, Juventus must look for other options. Because without a great striker on the roster, Juventus will struggle to compete for the title next season. Juventus needs a goal-scoring machine.

Now, however, he seems to have been reborn and is back to being the formidable striker he was a few years ago.

I do not believe anything like that exists and only Italian FA have the power to either stop or barr a player from playing in the league and that totally depends on whether the player has breached any of the league's rules,

Hence no club has the power to prohibit any player from going to another club in Italy cause they had issues with the player,

Nevertheless, I do not think the Nigerian international will be interested in a move to Italy after what transpired between him and Napoli while he was their player.

Galatasaray made an excellent signing by bringing Osimhen in from Napoli. He no longer wanted to play for them, despite the fact that they had invested heavily in him.
His aim, however, is to move to the Premier League, and he will most likely succeed because many clubs are on the lookout for a top-class striker to add to their squad. Who knows whether Victor will be happy with his destination
