Even though it appeared like everyone was waiting for galatasaray to be beaten in that game galatasaray really surprised the fans from the early lead from Sane. Fenerbahce played good football and I think they deserved to win, but football is a game of numbers which they only struggle to even get a draw. They had series of shots and controlled the game from the beginning. Galatasaray narrowly escaped with that single point from the game to remain at the top.

Their coming games will decide who remains on top with galatasaray hosting Samsunspor on 5th while Fenerbahce visits Istanbul Basaksehir on 6th. I hope galatasaray doesn't get a draw against Samsunspor. The league is becoming very tough and trabzospor is also waiting for their loss so that they would top the league. I love the season, no one is ever comfortable until the last games.

It was indeed a tight game between Galatasaray and Fenerbahce, if not for the first half equalizer that was disallowed by VAR, Fenerbahce would have even won because they were more deadly in their attacks but just that their shots were not that accurate which is why they had more shots off target. Victor Osimhen was not really at himself which is why he couldn't score and was a bit aggressive which made him got a yellow card. Galatasaray is only 1 point above of Fenerbahce which is one point above Trabzonspor also. Galatasaray and Trabzonspor will have hard matches against Samsunspor and Goztepe comparing to Fenerbahce which will face Istanbul Basaksehir. It came off really disheartening that even with the squad they have got, they literally could not get three points from this game, sadly it had to even look like they struggled at some point, I really did wished to see them do much better but sadly, the most they could do was the best we saw from them in that game, optimism is what is left to hold of them in the near future.
