There is something that you can fix on your website.

Let's say I want to check your T&C to see something. For example, if my country is on your banned jurisdictions list. When I open the TOS, I can't run a search using the CTRL+F method because that immediately opens your casino's in-built search for games. Maybe there is a way around this (perhaps through Inspect Element), but I can't think of one from the top of my head.
I don’t have access to a desktop right now to test this and see if it works, but instead of clicking on "Ctrl + F", did you try opening the browser’s built-in "Find" feature from the browser menu?
Theoretically, this should trigger the browser’s search feature and not the casino’s.
This is not an issue for mobile users, though Smiley

Good suggestion and interestingly it worked. I didn't expect it would. CTRL+F is a keyboard shortcut to the browser's in-built search feature. In case of Chrome, they call it "Find & Edit." They basically achieve the same thing, but the issue here was that Toshi.bet assigned that keyboard shortcut to their own search option. However, the browser's find feature can still be activated in a different way.

I see more and more platforms going for the no KYC approach, which is great for privacy. Toshi bet seems to double down on that with some big deposit bonuses and loss back offers. If they can actually deliver on those VIP perks instantly, it could be a solid place to play

They only can post about promotions and giveaways if their casino actually has these marketing events for their users and community. It requires financial budget to spend for such marketing activities but it's not always available.

The community manager or social media manager only can post about what's happening with their casino so if there are marketing events, surely the manager will post about these ones. Otherwise, the social media manager will have to figure out post contents with available products, games, and features of their casino as posts for maintaining bond with community and during meantime before a next marketing event.

I think the team's first priority should be to ensure all relevant promotional information is published on their website, so that players will see these updates when they visit. However to develop a new customer base, it's essential to attract new players, and promotional advertising is one of the best way to do this. The reason they promote advertising more actively on social media may be because their traffic is higher than on the forum, or because the presence of a news feed encourages more active engagement to stay visible. I just read a bunch of negative reviews on TrustPilot. The average rating is 2.7, and dozens of people are complaining about scams, being ignored by support, and being unable to withdraw their money. I hope someone from Toshi's team can explain why people write such bad things about you, and why you still haven't processed my withdrawal and keep ignoring me...
