There is something that you can fix on your website.

Let's say I want to check your T&C to see something. For example, if my country is on your banned jurisdictions list. When I open the TOS, I can't run a search using the CTRL+F method because that immediately opens your casino's in-built search for games. Maybe there is a way around this (perhaps through Inspect Element), but I can't think of one from the top of my head.

I don’t have access to a desktop right now to test this and see if it works, but instead of clicking on "Ctrl + F", did you try opening the browser’s built-in "Find" feature from the browser menu?
Theoretically, this should trigger the browser’s search feature and not the casino’s.
This is not an issue for mobile users, though

On the topic of the casino license. Toshi.bet is a licensed casino. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and look to the left. You will see the seal there. You can click on it to display the license information. The casino is licensed in the State of Anjouan.

They only can post about promotions and giveaways if their casino actually has these marketing events for their users and community. It requires financial budget to spend for such marketing activities but it's not always available.

The community manager or social media manager only can post about what's happening with their casino so if there are marketing events, surely the manager will post about these ones. Otherwise, the social media manager will have to figure out post contents with available products, games, and features of their casino as posts for maintaining bond with community and during meantime before a next marketing event.

People can write anything they want especially on social media and you know not all accusations are valid. If you only see comments with negative critiques about a company, you must be able to verify that information and accusation, but the mandate of given evidence from people behind accusation. If there is no solid evidence to support and make the accusation quite valid, it's not properly to quickly believe such accusations are valid.

And no company will have resources for answering all questions on media, it's quite unnecessary too, as they have official customer support channels for their users. Any user has issues and need support must contact Toshi by official customer support channels.

Have you received your third withdrawal, is the issue resolved?

I had no problems with withdrawals at this casino, and the withdrawal was very fast, taking less than a minute. As you can see, a casino representative is here and ready to help resolve your issue, so I don't think there's anything to worry about. Regarding reviews, you're right, there are a lot of negative ones, but you shouldn't take everything at face value. I'm more used to rating casinos based on user reviews here on the forum.

By the way, I've never used TrustPilot, I looked at BC.Game which blocked my account for a withdrawal, and their rating there is 1.3, which is much worse than 3 stars.

Perhaps there’s still no update on your case that time that’s why they can’t make any comment. Your account probably under investigation that’s why your withdrawal got stuck for a long time since normal withdrawal here without a problem processed quickly.

Other contributing factor is the Bitcointalk representative can escalate your issue faster compared to the support in the casino.
