Thanks for the messages, appreciate the feedback and we will be much more active here and start doing some more promotions and bonuses going forward.

I'd like to address the false claims being made by a user in this forum. The user is trying to ruin our rep online across all forums, hoping we will refund their losses to quieten them down.

The case I am quoting below shows that the user's claims are untrue, after investigation from holydarkness, the case was settled in our favour and can be seen in the thread here:

The truth of the matter is that the user faked sending the initial email that they claim to have sent to request self exclusion (evidence in the thread). This is what their case was based on. They also made these same claims about other casino's too.

The reason we didn't reply in the thread whilst the investigation is ongoing, is that we were providing evidence to holydarkness whilst he mediated the case. We won't address this case again as it was already closed in our favour.

We care greatly about RG and any user can reach out to receive self exclusion from our support.

Regarding withdrawals, I checked and can see all within this thread were processed successfully. Withdrawals are normally processed within 1 to 15 minutes as many of our users can attest to, apologies for any inconveniences.

Hey, few months back I reported a bug i found on PF system (server-side logic flaw)  which I told it to live support they told me to email them with every step such as reproducing it and etc... fast forward to few days later it was fixed sliently i haven't gotten any email about it aswell and i contacted support and they were acting like they haven't gotten and team will check it and now its been a month and a half and neither emails have responded and the support is ignoring and not picking up the ticket.

BTW i also PM you weeks ago haven't gotten that response from there aswell

Even if they claim they didn't know then, they know everything now. They have the proof: the same IP, same funding source, internal transfers between my two wallets, and chats from my secondary account asking about the primary one. They had every tool to prevent an addict from gambling illegally on their site, but they chose to look away.

To this day, they have never explained why my account was reopened on January 9th just minutes after the agent confirmed it was closed due to addiction. They remain silent because there is no defense for this.

Toshi.bet destroyed the life of someone who now has plenty of free time. I will not stop until the truth is exposed and justice is served.

It's funny that you think a case is "lost" just because one person decided to ignore 90% of the documented evidence. I don't consider it a defeat when a "mediator" turns a blind eye to a casino agent explicitly coaching a declared addict to use a VPN to bypass restrictions just to keep depositing.

Perhaps you can explain this to me:
How is the casino genius enough to identify my account as a "duplicate" on Day 1 just to deny me a bonus, but suddenly too "stupid" to see that the primary account linked to it was restricted due to addiction?

They used the technology to protect their profits, but conveniently "failed" to use it to protect a human life.

If the case were as "resolved" as you claim, Casino Guru wouldn't have officially REOPENED the case after seeing the evidence that was suppressed here. Professional mediators are now looking at the actual timestamps:

  • The casino confirmed "Done, account closed" at 08:05 PM.
  • The casino accepted a new deposit at 08:09 PM (only 4 minutes later).
  • The casino identified my duplicate to save money, but ignored it to profit from $8,000 in deposits.

This is reason why you must patient while making withdrawal because some systems automate it while some systems manually release payment.
But from what I noticed on your case it seems that the withdrawal was manually reviewed instead of automation. While using any gambling site you need to endure for at least 72hrs before getting panicked over your withdrawal.

It’s fascinating to see how "manual reviews" are so essential when it's time for a player to withdraw their money, as we see with Lucker1s.

It’s just a pity the casino doesn't apply the same "review" policy to deposits from declared addicts. When I deposited over $1,650 just 4 minutes after a chat agent confirmed my account was closed for addiction, there was no "pending review" or manual check. When I deposited $7,903 into a duplicate account from the exact same IP and Bybit wallet, the technology was only used to deny me a bonus, never to review if a vulnerable player was bleeding out.

It seems their manual review system only triggers when the money is supposed to leave their pockets, never when it's being taken from an addict they already identified.

And of course for those of us who don't understand these two sides how can we also take part in things like what you are experiencing by understanding these two things.

And whether it's true or false, we certainly haven't gotten to the point you mentioned about the lack of experienced gamblers on this forum so I don't think it's wrong to say as above that we really don't understand especially regarding complaints about Toshi.bet, which are generally voiced by those still in the Newbie rank.

yes. I sent him multiple DMs along the time, which he choose to ignore even before creating the scam thread.
same for all emails - which I never got any response, etc. if they could communicate everything would be different for sure.
On the bitcointalk thread, holydarkness interpreted wrongly the chat of 9th January somehow, and apparently knows nothing about RG or addiction, on the opposite CasinoGuru are specialists on that. Also I never got any reply on the scam thread about my secundary account - this is funny.

I just want to ask the OP to complete the case on Casinoguru. Stop staggering... last time Toshi stopped answering there for over 2 weeks.
Now toshi asked them to reopen the case but seems to be struggling providing the info that casinoguru requests.

I placed a few bets on sports in the last 2-3 days, and at night, they just canceled 2 NBA bets after almost an hour. I contacted support, but they didn't give any specifics. It all looks as if the admins themselves canceled the bets when they were sure they would win. I can't explain it otherwise - why both bets were canceled within the span of an hour at the same time.

I can't explain it otherwise - why both bets were canceled within the span of an hour at the same time.


I heard this type of issue for the first time. If what you are saying is true, then it means the majority of the people would have taken a bet on a team, and the chances for that team to win were higher, and therefore they cancelled the bet so that the casino would not need to pay anyone. This is pure scamming at the casino end.

When the gamblers place the bet, and when we see that we are about to lose the bet, there is no way we can cancel the bet and save our money, so how can the casino do this to save themselves  Huh

Just a public update: It’s been several days and the Casino Guru mediator is still waiting for an official response from your team.
The silence is quite telling. I'll be waiting for you to address the facts over there.
 
Did you by any means tried sending the op personal messages?
Maybe that could be the fastest way to reach him or possibly mention his name here.
Most time when people are not mentioned they wouldn't get the attention needed from people, though I also doubt if op is actually using the notification bot here. But I believe you would be attended immediately he comes online.

yes. I sent him multiple DMs along the time, which he choose to ignore even before creating the scam thread.
same for all emails - which I never got any response, etc. if they could communicate everything would be different for sure.
On the bitcointalk thread, holydarkness interpreted wrongly the chat of 9th January somehow, and apparently knows nothing about RG or addiction, on the opposite CasinoGuru are specialists on that. Also I never got any reply on the scam thread about my secundary account - this is funny.

I just want to ask the OP to complete the case on Casinoguru. Stop staggering... last time Toshi stopped answering there for over 2 weeks.
Now toshi asked them to reopen the case but seems to be struggling providing the info that casinoguru requests.

Thank you for mentioning me and made me aware that you're still pursuing this matter, despite the agreement you've made and entered between me as the bridge, the casino as first party, and you as second party, that my findings and rulings will be binding and you will not escalate to other ADR as you'll take it as final.

I usually refrain from commenting on gambling ANN thread because they're kinda spam-filled and made my "new replies" tab filled with gambling-discussion that made it harder for me to navigate to cases I need to attend from SA board. I'll make exception for this.

I think people on this forum can perceive that as a breach of agreement and shouldn't take you too seriously.

I'll also inform my contact on Toshi to made them aware of their case on CG, and to tell their colleague who attend case on CG that the case has been resolved here, as per agreement that my ruling is binding, and due that I've seen every concrete evidence and explained everything on your thread that the situation happened to you is due to you and yourself. Dare I say that you even try to extort the casino by claiming that you send them email for exclusion on 2nd of December, that after a sequence of blind-test I perform on you both, proven that it was never sent, nor exist in your gmail.

AFAIK, CG still see this forum as one of the biggest and oldest crypto forum exist, that Nakamoto himself is the creator, and we're in a good relationship with the ADR, if I may judge from how a rep of the ADR even bother to come here to explain further about a situation.

Kindly rest assured that I'll nudge my contact to refer CG to your thread and the conclusion I made, with in-depth description of what happened, and my ruling that both parties agreed as binding. And that I am vouching for Toshi for this case.

Hello, did support get back to you regarding the bet cancellation? I placed 3 bets on Toshi.bet today, 2 of them lost. Then I bet on Over 5.5 in hockey when the score was still 1-0 in the first period. But as soon as the score became 1-2 by the end of the period, my bet was canceled. This is very similar to what you described. Is there anyone from site support here? How do you explain this? In the chat, they haven't given me an explanation yet; they just said they would forward it for review. Why didn't you cancel the losing bets? This really seems like a scam. It's a shame I fell for the Instagram ad. Essentially, it feels like $130 of winnings from this bet were simply stolen from me. I just found this forum and I don't know if I need to add a screenshot or how to do it. Let me know please if anything is required from me, or if there are any forum moderators here who might be able to help with this bookmaker. My username - ynwizs517
