What then is your reward after winning this case because their actions led to you losing about $7,000 after you else of exclude as an addicted gambler which was not executed by the casino team, I think casino Guru should have awarded you a complement reward to ease your loses or even protect you by rewarding you with an amount higher that your $7k lose.
Casino gurus are there to render help trying to solve issues between players and the casino; they are not supposed to be the ones to hand over the lost amount to the player, as they don't actually have a hand with the casino itself. Their work is to try to resolve and force the hand of the casino to pay; if they can't, then you, the player, can take other actions. Why the case file serves as a warning to other players.

Hello, my account was blocked today, and the support in the chat isn't explaining the reason at all. They only replied that their team will look into it. But I can't even log into my account. I had a deposit, and one successful withdrawal, but for some unknown reason I got banned. This is very strange. Could any of the admins please contact me? My username: rnhtxuwkhx551
It's been four days since my account was blocked, and they haven't given me any reason. Support responds with the standard phrase, "We're still waiting for a response from our team." So even support doesn't know the reason for the block.

If you have an open complaint or were scammed by this casino, stop just posting here. Go to the OP's profile and leave them a negative Trust rating.
Casino Guru already investigated and downgraded Toshi.bet to "Below Average" because they refuse to act fairly. They admit they can link accounts to block bonuses, but they ignore it when you're depositing.
Don't let them hide behind this ANN thread. Give the representative the negative Trust they earned so other players can see the red flags immediately.

Throughout this entire time, I kept writing to support, but the support of this site is dead. The site has only two agents: Coco and Jef. Both only respond once a day, and only one sentence like "We will forward the request to our team." In reality, this is all lies, and there is likely no team at all. They simply ignore my basic questions like "What is the reason for the block?" For three weeks, they have not given me a single substantive answer. I still don’t even know the basic reason for my ban.
Today they replied: "Your account is still banned and cannot be lifted." And after that, the support agent disappeared again without even explaining the reason. I assure you — this is a scam casino. Do not engage with this site. The Toshi representative on Bitcointalk did not contact me at all during this entire time, but I see that he was online. I am attaching all the evidence in the form of screenshots.

I can't believe a gambling platform like Toshibet would scam someone for $500 only. There would be something wrong that needs to be solved. But their replies on the live chat aren't satisfying at all; they should provide the valid reasons for the ban. However, Toshibet seems active on the forum four days back. They would be active again here and should notice this post as well. I am expecting a clear explanation and solutions about these allegations. This isn't a big amount for the Toshibet; all are about to check the ban reason and take appropriate action. Banning without reason looks like a scam.

The stunt you pull, escalating to ADR and get Toshi to re-explain everything, after your explicit agreement that my findings will bind you both [whereas, the finding also explain why the second account failed to get locked-out], almost costed my contact's trust in me, that fortunately got restored, and manage me to get a real victim of human error get what's rightfully theirs. From recent action and development, I think Toshi will not shy away from admitting their staff's human error, if it is really that, and fully refund. Like the one with other case. Yours, though, after repetitively explained and come to deaf ear, was not a human error from Toshi's side, because you set that situation by yourself, with your full consciousness.
