A quick and little suggestion for Winna

I'm trying to find the odds for this year's Ballon d'Or, and even though I've seen them before, I can't remember how I got there
Maybe there needs to be an easier shortcut to get to bets like this (outright)
I don't know if it's just me, hehehe

It's a bit tricky but I managed to find them. Here is where they are hidden:
- Click on Sports > Football.
- Click on the dropdown arrow next to "All."
- Find and click on the dropdown arrow next to "International."
- You will find "Ballon dor" in the middle of the list.

Yes there is no information about withdrawal fee anywhere in the site including on their help center page. Informing players about it on the withdrawal page will be better obviously because it is an important thing for most players (at least for small-medium gamblers) who cares about how much they have to pay for withdrawal fee. I was also thinking that there is no withdrawal fee but they charge fee although I did not really notice it since I used TRX so far which seems to be low fee.

This lack of transparency should definitely be addressed and fixed as soon as possible. I don't know of any other casino that misleads players in that way. You either tell them how much they will be charged for each cryptocurrency they want to withdraw or it's implied that the withdrawals are free.

I haven't read other posts by users on this topic, but do you know if anyone has contacted their support team or the forum representative to complain about this? Did they take note of this and have they shown any interest in fixing the lack of transparency? It might even be worth neutral feedback to inform the users what they should be prepared for if Winna doesn't want to do it.

I personally don't really mind if the transaction fee is under $1.5, but on winna.com it is not listed, which is what makes me a little confused as to why they are a little slow to update it, so far my experience has been quite good on winna.com, I have not experienced any congestion at all.

For now let's give them some time to answer, maybe the representative has read the supposedly issues on the withdrawal and could have escalated it to the higher ups and maybe by this time they are discussing it. The rep is very active here in our community and as you can see he has been answering questions specially on the accusations that have been thrown on them. So for now, it might look like a priority, but as I have said, maybe it has been talked already or perhaps LM has asked the official rep to look at the issue and come back here to clear it out.

Yeah, it is similar to the withdrawal fee of some other casinos. But it should have been stated on the withdrawal page. I had no idea that they charged withdrawal fee from me. I found it when I checked my withdrawal amount and the amount I received after reading this post of 'vanesha'.

I have been asking about this since Winna was first announced on the forum, and they were happy to answer that they would add it, it would be best to be patient and wait for the update to be followed up, the most important thing is that currently there are no disrupted transactions on Winna.com.

I thought the withdrawal fee is just bug since I can’t find it when I tried to withdraw before so I just proceed to withdraw my funds without considering much the transaction fee because I’m using BSC network that has low fee.

Doing back read now makes me check to the total amount I receive and confirmed I was charge above 1USD that is equal TRC network withdrawal.

Anyway I have no problem with this because it’s just small but I can’t imagine what will the small gambler feel if they are charge that amount while their profit is just 5$ or below when they withdraw.

Well, it is normal for casinos to charge for withdrawals, but it makes sense when it is clearly pointed out by the casino. Whatever the casino has to do with gamblers should always be noted to avoid blame from gamblers, who will often say they are not aware of this or that.

Making things clearer for gamblers, especially when it comes to matters like minimum deposit and minimum withdrawal, withdrawal fees, is very important because it makes casinos more reliable, and gamblers should not be caught unaware.

It is indeed not a big problem for low withdrawal fee but some coins may cost a bit expensive withdrawal fee, the main idea of this discussion is of course not about we are ok or not with it but more about the transparency from winna to their players.
This kind of information is a must to be written so players know how much they should pay for their withdrawal for each available currency.
Whether it is fixed withdrawal fee or dynamic withdrawal fee, it should be informed in advance so there will be no possible complaints later.

All deposits have to be wagered before you request a withdrawal. That's normal and all casinos have those rules. Otherwise, you are kind of using them as a mixer. You deposit one set of coins, wait a bit, and withdraw different ones. Some casinos are fine if you wager only 50% of what you deposited once, others require the entire deposit to be wagered, and there are also casinos that ask for a 2x or higher wagering requirement.

It’s surprising that they display the wagering requirements for the deposit yet they don’t have the transactions fee display while it’s vital for players to knew this information especially for small bankroll players that might have trouble withdrawing their funds after they play.

AML wager requirements usually indicated on the casino ToS under the deposit wagering. Most casino with license to operate has x1 wagering requirements but make sure to check always the ToS because there’s some casino that ask for x5 wagering requirements for deposit which is hard to achieved if you have high bankroll amount.

I find it normal to have to pay for services, and if its free in a case of making a withdrawal
its a bonus. Ok there are a few platforms not charging fees, but they are in a minority,
but as I said its a small bonus to have zero fees
