Recently, I registed an account at the casino (before becoming the signature campaign participant) to receive tips from a streamer. The problem is, I still cannot confirm my email address. I have request the link several times, but up until now it could not be done. Can it be done manually by your team? Because if I cannot confirm my email, I cannot withdraw my fund (even though I already burnt my tips during the registeration date), and that could prone a huge issue in the future

Slapper, I had that issue too but in the end I copied the link and opened it in
my normal browser rather than clicking on the "verify Email Address in the blue box,
worked first time! Try that.

This is the second time i see that one need to contact casinos support before getting links to make aome changes on account although different casinos, i read in betpanda ANN thread that for password reset one need to contact support before the get the link, and now this one with email confirmation links not going through, hope the support will help to resolve all of this on no time, since alot of gamblers may not have that knowledge about supoirt intervations to get auch sorted out.

I click on the link, and it redirects to the homepage to show as though the account has been verified. On clicking withdrawal page, the email verification promoted still remains there and has not cleared.

Maybe Winna team need to work on this.

I have tried the same thing, and I can't seem to verify my email address after getting the link in the inbox.
It works fine for me! I was able to verify my email by clicking on the verification button. Although there was no notification that the email was verified successfully and I was immediately redirected to the home page, but I guess everything is fine. However, I believe a notification should be displayed to confirm that the email was successfully verified to avoid confusion.
If clicking the verification button doesn’t work, the email suggests copy pasting the link provided
This is supposed to solve the problem.

I find it normal to have to pay for services, and if its free in a case of making a withdrawal
its a bonus. Ok there are a few platforms not charging fees, but they are in a minority,
but as I said its a small bonus to have zero fees
Crypto casinos that cover all expenses for their players are still in a minority. You are right about that. Most platforms require that clients pay at least the network fees. But it's not unusual in the fiat world of online casinos that you, the player, isn't charged any withdrawal fees. At least those online casinos I have registered at always paid everything from their pockets.

I don't think it's asking too much to have casinos cover those fees. Players are already gambling with their money there. They leave millions in profits for the casino operators. At least cover their fees when they are charged for everything else and they make you a lot of money.

This issue (clicking the verification link but it redirects to homepage) exists since the first day imo because I experienced this issue too, I had to use the "resend" verification email several times before I could verify my email from the link sent from them. I registered more than a month ago and I did not see any complaint here so I thought it was my own issue but seems that it is a global issue when most players are having difficulty in verifying their email through the verification link.

I had the same problem, exactly the same way
I tried for a day or two, but on the third or fourth day my account was already verified

Check again because even if the link took you to the homepage, your account may still be verified

At first, withdrawals were also blocked, but then they were released, meaning that my account was verified and everything was OK
It's a good tip for the folks at Winna to check

Fees can vary on most blockchains especially during volatility and congestion, it can be unpredictable and occur when markets are high volume with prices trending higher.
  I still remember this occurring on BTC post the big split with Bitcoin cash, I agree on clarity but most places I assume when the network fees are high its part of the cost and vice versa hopefully as a fixed cost too high would also suck.

   If BTC ever became difficult in this way or elitist it would be one of the factors that would stop me believing in its success regardless of price, Bitcoin has to stay easy and fluid for the masses to use even with higher volume.
  I think we are going to see BTC (maybe other crypto too) hit the spotlight in the next year with exceptional higher prices, interest and volume at some point.

Yes, I did that. I checked the deposit/withdrawal page just after creating my account and verifying my email address. I didn’t test whether withdrawal request will get processed as I don’t have any funds in my account, but I guess everything is fine as I’m not getting the pop-up message you shown on the screenshot you provided asking you to verify the email.
You said you may contact customer support if the problem persists, did you do that? I think it’s important to solve this issue before making a deposit.

When I registered, I'm sure it was a high-traffic message, it had nothing to do with Cloudfare

It seems that he is indeed a lucky player who could do the email verification just in 1 try while most of us were experiencing an issue with it. I checked my email and there are 5 verification link which means that I managed to verify my email on 5th attempt. Lucky me that I checked the withdrawal page first before my first deposit, maybe I'd be a bit panic when I wanted to withdraw my money for the first time with this issue.

As far as I know Winna is VPN friendly casino they allow the usage of this tool so we can assume that people will not get any problem if they would use this on their platform.
