Unfortunately winna significantly raised the wager requirement for their telegram drops yet again. Thos are from yesterday and then today. We went from 7500$ per 5$ in January slowly up to 8k, then 8.5k and 9k, now setting a new milestone and 11k per 5$, in 2 months. I really believe this is too fast and will get some criticism from their player base. Spoke about that a month ago already and yet here is another one. If you are a growing casino you shouldn't do something like this so extremely fast imo. Hopefully they will reconsider.

IMO, these are to bigs. More preffer for a small drops telegram like SHFL. Range 1-3$ for the drops from 3K-9K$ and then on the stream these amount waggering the amount are increase to 2.5$-5$ for the drops. These 10$ with suchs 20,000$ waggering at least are to heavy.

That’s really interesting, although I doubt most gamblers who played Plinko during that period had noticed anything since the odds only dropped from 99% to 98%. The good thing is that Winna published an incident report as soon as they found out about this bug and are willing to refund the affected users (they also claim that some users profited from it). Based on this, it’s clear that this wasn’t intentional or an attempt to cheat but just a bug that has been fixed, hopefully.

Did they issue refunds? I am sure I have played plinko this year (even if VERY limited) and I'm sure I didn't get anything back, at least not that I know of. Actually I wasn't even aware of the situation until today.  Can we still see this report winna issued? I couldn't find it. Obviously it's a good thing to be so upfront with their community, cause without winna telling them basically nobody would have known. Honesty is a very rare trait in this business.

from the looks of it, they didn't send the incident report email to everyone, some got it and some didn't. if not for the tweet from @provablyfairorg a lot of people would still not be aware of this. Obviously it's a good thing to be so upfront with their community, cause without winna telling them basically nobody would have known. Honesty is a very rare trait in this business.

Well, it was a serious issue. I have only played the Dice game at Winna in the last few months. Gamblers usually don't investigate the payout and winning probability of the in-house games at any casino. I have seen some accusations against different casinos here about the provably fair games of different casinos. I rarely give any attention to this type of complaints as all of them were made by those people who lose a good amount with unexpected losing streak. There were also complaints against Winna's provably fair system here in the forum. I never gave any attention to it by thinking them fake.

Well, it was a serious issue. I have only played the Dice game at Winna in the last few months. Gamblers usually don't investigate the payout and winning probability of the in-house games at any casino.
if this issue was on dice instead, i think players would have noticed it much sooner since dice payouts and win chances are displayed unlike plinko where only the payout is. i think sites like duelbits, stake, shuffle display the win chance on plinko, but honestly i think displaying the win chance should be the standard on all original games. most of them are, but the one that was against winna wasn't (at least the provably fair part). their originals weren't really provably fair, and they only addressed that thread on the scam accusation board after they fixed their provably fair system, and they kinda made it sound like nothing was wrong before.

I think the ideal would be to have some official activity here for promotion. They should start considering the forum as a social network that receives marketing campaigns and information, just like X or any other social network.
Every platform shouldn’t be limited to just marketing, they should also be used for serious announcements. Especially on Bitcointalk since it’s a big community, people want to stay updated on what’s really happening. And a casino that keeps its users informed and is honest about its situation will gain respect, and that will help them build a strong reputation over time. Honestly i don't follow x although i have an account, so i would not know if its only announce there.

Since it was a notice from Winna, you can still reach out to them. Honestly, it is incredible from Winna because not all casinos will come up with this to refund gamers. I think this is the kind of trait that users expect from casinos because it gives one the comfort to stick to a good casino like this. Unfortunately the forum offers a different dimension to promotions unlike those social networks. Most of the casino use the forum mostly for the SEO part. I have notice so many casinos just decide to make different kinds of promotions on those social media platforms vs what is in the forum. The goal is to get more followers, subscribers, group members etc. so they could get more likes, reshares, comments etc. while in this forum that is not possible.

For a growing casino that is about to become big, it must have many mistakes in any policy, so negative and positive reviews are bound to exist because apart from people who don't like it some are due to the mistakes of the team behind it, but that doesn't matter as long as the complainers are honest and show proof and the casino wants to improve itself everything will be fine, there is no successful casino journey without problems and failures, that phase will always exist in any casino. Admins here if there are very high problems will definitely be confirmed and resolved, and we will also definitely help to get answers. Just look at all of the new ones coming in and you will realize this site has turned into a shitshow. I would recommend you to try to get in touch with their live chat yourself for anything. It is simply not possible because they do not reply there at all. It says reply time is 3 minutes which is just a complete lie. No response... My problem is that I had a withdrawal attempt of about 15 000 euros from 04th of march that has the status failed and money never returned to my balance. Ever after this incidence I have not got a single reply from Winna which is absolutely insane. Have messaged 5 of their VIP representatives and they do not reply either. Something is very wrong here.
