For sure, the glory will be for Africa, if one African nation wins the World Cup. But let's not have the thought that one North African or African country wins the World Cup. That's not happening anytime soon, not this present or upcoming World Cup. What we should be thinking about, is let many of the African countries not be kicked out from group stage. Let them advance to the quarter and semi finals before they are all kicked out.

Don't get me wrong about not believing in African countries winning the World Cup. I would love them to do that someday, any time soon but let them show a high level of performance in World Cup matches, and we can then rate them higher in chances of winning the World Cup

Firstly let’s start with I do not fault this Moroccans for their behavior although this isn’t the first time that they have actually exhibited such character at the African Cup of nations but my anger is on the continent footballing body which hasn’t placed any serious sanctions on them and have tolerated their excess for so long. But not with standing in world tournaments like the World Cup I am supporting all African countries for at least one to bring back home the trophy.

Now to your point of African countries not yet at the standard of winning the tournament I will say Performance wise we are just there, because if you look at the run of Morocco in the last World Cup tournament to the semi final you will definitely notice that the likes of Senegal can simply replicate such run again aside Morocco themselves. Just one winner higher will send them to the final, so the chances are definitely higher than those past years

It's true, African team has ever won the world cup, which is a real shame. I used to have high hopes for Ghana when they lost versus Uruguay, for Samuel Eto’o Cameroon, and for Didier Drogba Ivory Coast. Now I think Morocco has the best chance, although with the court victory in the Africa Cup of Nations, I don’t like them as much as I used to.

Sadly, no African team has won the world cup. Morocco once tried and reached the semi finals but that's as far as any African team has gone while competing in the world cup. In the past, I had rooted for Senegal, then Ghana but none of them were good enough to win the tournament.
Now, like you noted, Morocco has a good chance of actually competing and perhaps, getting somewhere in the competition but with the recent judgement concerning the AFCON finals, Morocco isn't favorites to lots of Africans at the moment.

The Nigerian Super Eagles deprived us of having much Interest in the competition. But we would have to support the African continent because they are our people. I would be supporting all African countries except our North African neighbours. This is because most Northern African countries don't see themselves as Africans. I am also supporting the Turkish national team because of the love they showed to our brother Victor Osimhen.

They consider themselves more Arab than African. So why would they get our support? They may receive sufficient support from the Middle East. They have a good team that can make it to at least the quarterfinals. But we also have other sides that I think will do well like the current African champions Senegal. They have a very disciplined team that can stand any country in the World Cup.

Please don't get your hopes too high, I don't mean any disrespect towards any of the teams from Africa but truth be told, I don't think there any of the teams in Africa that can make it to the finals of the world cup, the best any African team could do is to get to the quarter finals, that's my opinion, am not saying this because there are no good players in the African teams, no, but the issue here is that the level of preparation that these other teams from Europe and south America put in before the world can't be found anywhere amongst the African teams, more also the kind of support that these other continents football body gives the teams that represents their continent can't be found amongst the African teams, e.g, how do expect a Senegal team that is established a case against CAF in the court of arbitration for sports (CAS) concerning whom the legitimacy of their AFCON title, how do expect such a team to perform adequately.

That Morocco is one big racist country, I was what the small kid did to Ronaldo after he was removed from the Word cup in 2022. The little girl make a mockery video and the whole country made a mockery until they were removed later. This was this same gesture they have done in the last 2 Afcon that I have watch from these two pattern and that's what they have been doing all this while, we need to make them understand that we are one Africa.

It's even funny for a team that is in Africa are behaving like they are from other part of the continent, if this is South Africa that are mixed with foreigners it's understandable but you see this one's, they are fraud that's why they went behind to want to snatch Afcon title for Senegal but thank God they were exposed.

You are right and I am also hoping to see much supports from other African countries supporting others that will be participating in the world cup tournament to show the world that we have our own support of others which could motivate the players to do well if they can reach semi final. I know this tournament is not going to be easy for African countries but we just have to try as much as possible with full support.

I trust Africans to give their full support, I will try to follow up games whenever any African country is playing, i want to see us do well, which i believe we are ready to compete against other countries from different parts of the continent. My apologies for the assumption. CAF has made their decision about the AFCON and Senegal have made theirs, it’s a battle of two wrongs and right now I don’t think either side will give in to the other.

Let us support our fellow African teams in the world cup because I'm sure that other countries that didn't qualify in other continents will support teams from their continent.

Even the team you intend supporting may not go far as expected because this is football where anything can happen, and nothing is promised. Who would have ever imagined that Morocco would get to the Semi finals stage of the last world cup edition?
So that entails that anything is possible, so ruling out the chances of the African teams before the start of the competition isn't right, because football and most football games sometimes doesn't plays out as we expected, so I have high hopes on a team like Senegal going all the way this time around against all odds.

Even if you support any country in the world cup, you can still enjoy the games in the world cup and have fun without being on pressure, because since Nigeria that would have make you be on pressure will not be playing in the world cup, i believe Nigerians will watch the world cup games freely without being on pressure. For example, my club is not playing in the champions league but i am supporting Bayern Munich in the champions league, and i am not on pressure as i am watching the champions league games.

I don't no Morocco as a country who hates other countries as we call it a racist, they have done the unthinkable thing on the nations Cup but that doesn't mean they are racist, they have not fought any country in terms of tribal reasons on the matches including when they beat our national team, is only one or two country in Africa I have heard of doing what you are saying but as for every other countries they don't treat others as racist. You should review the incident of their players to Ronaldo that made you think they're racist and you would no that it might not really be about racist but because of having different interest.

I don’t know much about geo-politics or the country’s history but I do know that their behaviour in the AFCON was embarrassing to watch. I’m not supporting the team because I don’t have any individual player I like to watch in the Morocco team.
