The odds for first half win but it was too risky considering how in form Haiti is, you were lucky you changed your mind. Morroco is africa finest, there was no way they could have lost to Haiti however, the game was firece because Haiti was a hard nut to crack but morroco had them cracked by four goals. I was following up the match but along the line sleep took me unaware and I slept off. And I checked the scoreline this morning only for me to see 4-2. And I thought it would end with the 2-2 or 2-3.  Morocco is in good group and they have to qualify to the knockout stage and the same thing to South Africa but South Africa group is more tougher than Morocco. Well we thank God they went to the knockout stage but that nothing to do with me. My supporting team has been eliminated. The next team to support is USA.

I feel the first half result has caused lots of losses for bettors especially those who may have chosen Morocco to with both halves win of the game dew to the little odds given to Morocco to win full time.

It could have been possible that some bettors would have opt to go for bigger odds with options that states that the Haitian team may not score any goal in the game and this could undo a lot of bets during this match.

What a disappointing way to take a bow for Tunisia, lost all 3 games and when I saw them celebrating their goal against Netherlands it made me to forget that they are already out even without coming out for this very encounter. The first African country to be eliminated from the world cup when we all thought (I thought) that SA would be the first to be on their way home but no, they struggled to make it to the round of 32. My worry and question is, how did Tunisia get to the World Cup while other national team could not, like Nigeria...how? We need to do better to at least showcase what we have in the world cup.

I think South Africa is lucky to have won the game, and I didn’t know what South Korea was doing, they looked like a team that aren’t interested in qualifying for the knockout stages, because I heard something a reporter asking a question if the players are suffering from food poisoning, but that was outrageous I was disappointed with the Koreans, I’ was expecting South African to leave the competition and now they’ve qualified I’m hate watching South Africa because of the way they’ treated other African countries with the xenophobia protest that is happening in South Africa.

I didn't watch the game since it was played in the early hours of the morning. But I had to check the scores with my phone immediately I woke up. I felt disappointed by the result. I wanted South Africa to go home in the Group stage. The South Korean side was not good in the attack as they controlled the game but failed to create and maximize goal-scoring chances.

I guess their next game would be against Canada. The co-host is not a formidable side and they might lose against the Bafana Bafana. Even if South Africa loses in the knockout stage, they will be going home with their heads up as they have broken the record of qualifying for the second round for the first time.

Yes Tunisia celebration was not necessary on there predicament, even if it was a wining celebration it wouldn't also be necessary because there was no point to add with it if it was 3 point they got from Netherlands and besides there was no country with 3 point to compare with them because Sweden had 4 point, Japan 5 point and Netherlands 4 since it was the point of Netherlands before the last match, so actually Tunisia was broken already, so I wonder what Tunisia was happy for. They conceded the highest score, in three match Tunisia concedes 12 goals but only got the opportunity to score two goals. Someone has ask me this question about small countries on the world cup but Nigeria are not there but actually during the qualifying, all the African countries was grouped and the country you have in your group will determine how you will qualified so aside from incompetency of super eagles but there match was not small compare to what all those small countries had, so that was why Tunisia even became a top one qualifier into this world cup.

South Korea had the possession, more passes but couldn't find the back of the net, while South Africa with fewer touches, had more shot on target, and scored the winning goal, the outcome of the match which i agree with you isn't luck but good game play from South Africans.

I wanted to stake on Morocco to win Haiti in first half because after i have seen the performance of Morocco against Brazil and Scotland i had the belief Morocco would score 2 goals against Haiti in first half but fear did not allow me to go with what was on my mind. After Morocco and Haiti ends the first half, i was happy i did follow my mind because i would had loss big money. Haiti surprised everyone with the way they performed against Morocco in first half but Morocco was fast enough to equalize Haiti and the first half ended 2:2. It was in second half that Morocco subdued Haiti and scored more 2 goals to win game 4:2 and reach the next stage of the world cup.

I admit i was lucky i did not bet on Morocco to win first half because i would have loss big money since i wanted to stake 20,000 naira on Morocco. The odds for Morocco to win in first half was not too risky and Haiti was never in form in this world, what happened in Morocco and Haiti game is one of those things that make bettors lose their money in gambling. Feud? Is that what we are calling xenophobic attacks now? Personally I want to see South Africa kicked out of the World Cup. If African countries have their priorities straight, they would protest against FIFA allowing South Sgrica play in the tournament. Other countries have been banned for similar reasons, I don’t see why this should be any different.

I was actually against South African from qualifying for the next round in the tournament and I’m still against them in the next round even though I know they are actually doing very well, they are not doing well when it comes to loving their follow Africa, as a Nigeria i will never support South Africa in this World Cup and I’m sure other African countries will do same especially Nigeria, South Africa will never go far in this World Cup.
I was just very disappointed at South Korea this is a match they would have won, it is well.

Currently, 3 African teams have qualified for the Round of 32 which are Morocco, South Africa and Ivory Coast. Tunisia is the only African team that their exit has been confirmed while we await the outcome of 6 African teams that are yet to play their third legs. Cape Verde still stand a chance to qualify if they win Saudi Arabia, Ghana still stand a chance if they can win or draw against Croatia, I think DR Congo can also qualify if they win Uzbekistan, Algeria can also qualify if they can win Austria, Egypt is certain to qualify since they are topping their group with 4 points but as for Senegal i don't really know if they stand any chance of qualifying even if they win Iraq but we will see what happens after the match. So, the teams that i have strong believe that they can qualify is Algeria, Egypt and Ghana. Though Cape Verde is also likely to qualify because of the energy they have shown in the 2 matches they played. So, out of 6 to 7 African teams that will reach the round of 32, at least 2 or 3 teams should be able to make it to the quarter finals and even the semifinal if possible. I'm suspecting that Morocco, Egypt and Ivory Coast will reach the quarter finals especially Morocco and Egypt who haven't lost a match yet.

I could actually compare some of our countries to Germany because there are two countries they may not just win as they won Ivory Coast but Argentina and France are more indisputable, it was Nigeria that usually get an almost equal strength with Argentina when they are in the world Cup because of there familiarity with Argentina but non of this African countries may do it, though Morocco might actually pull a surprise but they haven't play with Argentina this year. However I haven't congratulated Morocco of there successful group stage and for not actually getting any beating from any countries on the group irrespective of how big they were against them, they completed there three match with 4:2 beaten on Halti.

Morocco has shown great promise in this world cup, I only hope they hold it up as they progress in the knock out stage, so far they are the most promising African team in the competition right now. Senegal is already on their way home from suffering 2 defeats in the group stage match. The Nigerian team that didn't qualify for World cup is not in any way to be compared to Argentina, this present team has a lot of flaws that would be exploited by Argentina in a competitive game, this is not the squad that stands up to Argentina. Morocco was most presented to be the African team that would do exceedingly great among other African teams in the World Cup and as such it's not surprising to me that they are going into the next stage from the group. What am shocked of is how Senegal were just humbled in their group by Norway and Spain, that they couldn't even get a point from their meetings with those two countries, and as they meet Iran today, a win or lost, they're still going back home. In times past it's true about Nigeria national team giving the Argentina and France side a tough game but I really wouldn't vouch for the current squad on that.

Although I still have a person grudge for Morocco for how they acted during the AFCON but what I'm seeing in this World Cup is amazing and I wish they keep it up. So far, they and Ivory Coast are the teams from Africa in strongly believe would go far.

 Did i just skip Egypt! Yes Egypt too the Egyptians might reach the next stage after the knockout out, well it depends on who they're playing, let me not conclude before I get shocked.

Was there a time that any Nigeria squad would have matched the footballing prowess of any Argentina team ? Not to downplay Nigeria as a team but Argentina has been on their top performance in the world cup or any competition for as long as I can remember and currently they are the world champions so it would be a huge task for any nation to even play and win in the first not to talk about Nigeria who you yourself said struggle in the qualifications and failed to get in the plane to the USA world cup tournament.

No one expected Haiti would performed so good against Morocco, and I'm quite sure a lot of gamblers would lost their bets because of Haiti. African countries came very prepared in this World Cup, so far I'm impressed with the way some African countries are currently performing.   We might see six - seven African team in the round of 32 in this World Cup.

Haiti scored two goals and that's there first time of scoring since this world cup, they opened their scoring account with Morocco but that not withstanding, the main goal of the match was achieved by Morocco which was getting all 3 points. Only three African teams have qualified so far out of 10, Senegal in their group lost both matches and is winning against Iraq at the moment. With just three point without any goal difference, there are teams third in the group who has better chances of qualifying for the next round than Senegal. I'm not sure we will be seeing more than five teams from the continent for the next stage.

Netherland won by 3-1 against Tunisia in their last groupstage match. Early mistake from Skhiri lead to an own goal in the third minute and Netherland got an early lead. After that goal Brobbey scored the 2nd goal in the 7th minute . First half ended 2-0 to Netherland . They dominated with 70% possession in the first half,1.17xG , 2 big chances created and 12 shots .Tunisia only created 1 big chance and total of 4 shots. In the second half Netherland continued their possession 73% but no big chance created and total of 8 shots. Tunisia with 27% possession they managed to create 1 big chance and scored in the 54th minute by Mastouri . Netherland got their 3rd goal in the 62nd minute by Van Hecke. He was named as player of the match . Now Netherland will face Morocco in RO32.

The shots Netherlands national football team were more in number and these were 19 in this match and 6 shots were on target and possession percentage of that team was 71 percent in this match and passes of that team were 660 in this match . The pass accuracy of that team was great in this match which was 92 percent in this match and shots of Tunisia national football team were less in this match and these were 10 in this match and 4 shots were on target and possession percentage of that team was 29 percent in this match passes of that team were also less in this match and these were 249 in this match and pass accuracy of that team was 81 percent in this game .

You see that game between Haiti and Morocco is like a match between a relegation threatened team playing against a team higher than them in the league table or a team who are in the top 4 chasing to win the title. This is the most tricky fixture to play against especially in the English premier league. Haiti is that relegation threatened team in this regard while Morroco is the team around the top 4 in the league table. Haiti, since they can’t secure a place in the next round after losing two of their matches in the group will definitely be looking out for a means of getting something for their fans back home, they can’t just bow out of the competition with zero point and zero goal, so they tried to get at least a point to be proud of themselves in the competition but unfortunately Morocco were able to get back into the game after being two goal down and ended up winning the game but Haiti gave them a run for their money. It was a hard fought victory for Morroco as they didn’t get it easily, this was the kind of team spirit I was expecting to see from Tunisia during their last group stage match against The Netherlands last night but they couldn’t give a fight and they ended up getting trashed 3:1 after their previous heavy defeats in the tournament, so embarrassing.

It took Senegal three matches for them to record their first win in this World Cup tournament. I don't know if this win can make Senegal be among the eight best third place teams in order for them to reach the round of 32 and remain in this World Cup, because it will be bad if African champions exit the World Cup in the group stage.

The players have played the federation of Tunisia for their failures in this tournament and I have taken that seriously because it is just the same issues we faced with the Nigerian football federation. They did poorly until this new guy was brought in as coach. I don't expect him to perform magic when he was brought that late.
Congratulations also to Ivory Coast for qualifying for the round of 32 for the very first time. So far so good, three African nations have qualified and this is good news. South Africans are the most surprising, we all didn't see them getting this far, lol.
