Ghana was the worst team among all the African team that qualified in the round of 32.

The Ghanaian team faced a lot of challenges coming into the competition with having major of the attacking players whom they depended on going on serious injuries just before the competition began I believe that affected their performance in this World Cup because they had a really poor showing. Another African team is going to play today and it is the African team that has represented us the most talking about Morocco and I'm very confident that they will be able to win Canada and send Canada home. If Morocco win Canada, They will prepare to play the winner between Paraguay and France and I know that it will likely be france, so that would be a very interesting game seeing if Morocco will be able to defeat France.

I'll be very glad if they do, They're the strongest we've now in the competition. I don't have much hopes on Egypt. Cape Verde would've been another country to depend on, but sadly, they lost yesterday to Argentina. This Cape Verde team would've defeated Columbia easily, they surely made Africa proud with the way they stood up to Argentina. I would love to watch Morocco make it to the quarter finals, I'm positive about them.

I was disappointed with the two countries results, at least out of the two countries, one was at least supposed to qualify. So for the African countries, it is only Egypt and Morocco that qualified for the round of 16 out of 9 teams that qualified for the World cup. As for the Cape Verde game, If the game had entered penalties, trust me that Cape Verde goalkeeper would have done wonders, because from the regular playing time, he showed that he was a veteran and had a lot of saves, Argentina went through the lions den to have gotten such winning.

Why did you stress the Ghana like you are happy about their loss. Even though they didn't last in the journey, they were better than we than didn't qualify but I still respect cape Verde more the way they stood their ground. After the round of 32, I think the only team that's negatively surprised me is Senegal while the team that positively surprised me is Cape Verde. I predicted that Senegal, Morocco and Egypt are in very good positions to make it to the next round so I wasn't surprised that Ghana were eliminated in the early hours of today by Columbia.
Argentina played their first difficult game of the tournament last night and were very close to getting knocked out. I think they'll be beaten by a team with their level of strength and quality players.

Here is a list of African teams classified from good to worse in my opinion :
1- Morocco
2- Cape Verde and Egypt
4- Senegal
5- DR Congo and Ivory Coast
7- Algeria,  South Africa and Ghana
10- Tunisia
I can't precise which teams are better than the others in this list when they are all in the same line. Nevertheless, I believe most of these teams are quite good and deserves better outcome

African teams performance during the World Cup group stage matches were good except for Tunisia that didn't win or draw any of their matches. If we are to judge the performances of African teams in the round of 32 and use our judgement to classify them from good to worse, Morocco, Egypt, and Cape Verde shouldn't be on the list of African teams classified good to worse because they all did very well in the round of 32.

Below should be the African teams that should be classified from good to worse after the round of 32.

2- Algeria
3- DR Congo
4- Ivory Coast
5- Ghana
6  South Africa

I excluded Tunisia in the list because they were never good in this World Cup tournament.

There was no match which I picked much interest in like the match between Argentina and Cape Verde. The way those young African players held the European players to their jugular was so intense and worth a while. Cape Verde made my night despite their inability to succeed, it was said to be a very good fight. If other African countries were these optimistic and energetic, especially those teams with bigger squad depth and coaching, they will without much doubt emerge victorious in the world cup but the set back for them was not because they were not good but because they lacked a strong squad depth particularly at the defense which could hold the Argentine players

Yes, Morocco is competing as one of the African teams in the Round of Sixteen at this FIFA World Cup and we can see that they have already participated in today's Round of Sixteen match against Canada. Morocco won against the Netherlands with great difficulty, and I noticed today that the Canadian team is also showing a very high level of performance against them.

The first half of the Round of Sixteen match between Morocco and Canada is almost over, but we haven't seen either team score a goal yet, so it can be assumed that both teams will have to endure a lot of pressure in this match. 9 African teams were in the round of 32, while just 2 teams have spots in the round of 16. Both are undefeated in this event Egypt and Morocco. Now both are heading for new challenges. Morocco is going to face Canada, and Egypt will be entertaining defending champions Argentina.
 
From here, it looks not easy for them to have spots in the next round. There was enough talk about a few teams, but the performance of African teams was exceptional in this event, especially Cape Verde, which did a historic job. A few teams faced terrible results, but still now people will remember African nations due to their performance and quality.

The group stage matches were not that difficult for Argentina. They easily finished the group stage and reached the round of 32. And the match in the round of 32 was not as easy for them as the previous matches. Despite being a new team, Cabo Verde has proven their existence on the world stage. This World Cup shows that there is no more opportunity to play wrongly considering African countries as weak teams. It's true that Morocco is the first team to reach the quarterfinals of this year's FIFA World Cup, but in today's match, i noticed that Canada's defense held them back in the first half. After the break, Morocco was desperate to score and as far as I know, Morocco scored three goals against Canada after the break in today's Round of Sixteen match and they were able to reach the quarterfinals with an impeccable performance in this match. A Moroccan player scored two goals against Canada in today's game, so it seems to us that he is the hero of Morocco's victory in this knockout round match and it is true that Morocco has become the first African team to reach two consecutive World Cup quarter-finals.

Congratulations to Morocco, I always knew they’re the only team that is going to make Africa proud in the World Cup, all the African teams are crashing out of the World Cup Tournament, it’s just only the Moroccan’s who Senegalese stole the African Cup of Nations from, so if I may ask who are the true African Champions.

Morocco have done it and it’s awesome, they’re the team that is making me happy from African, but most individuals here keep saying that I’m from Morocco, but I saw a team who are ready to play football, and are ready to make there football better, with what they’ve built in the African and World Football.

Columbia is no small team in this World Cup. I also know that Cape Verde is not a mediocre team too so that match would have been a very tough one. It is not easy to hold Argentina and Spain, which are among the favorite to win the trophy, they have proven to be a very good team with lots of potentials. I wouldn't know who would have won between Columbia and  Cape Verde but I do know that it would have been a very interesting match.
