I stumbled upon Jackpotter's
Ballon d'Or Prediction today. I would've missed it entirely as it ends later today. I was surprised though, it's closing today, but the real event is on 26th of October. Maybe because of the social media leaks and others, I don't know.
Actually, it might not be easy. Anybody who deals with customer support knows that most of them really do not understand gambling. Or at least for me,,, they do not get the sports aspects, especially with their own terms and conditions, or of sports in general. Sometimes I have to explain and screenshot.
Then it becomes worse when they do not understand crypto transactions

I share your experience about customer support, though not with Jackpotter, but with others, and even with other customer support in other industries. These days, I don't know what's going on; perhaps it's poor training or poor updates on the current situation, which they are supposed to have firsthand training and information about. At times too, in this digital age where remote customer support staff are everywhere, you might be routed to poorly knowledgeable ones in the comfort of their homes, who have only a tiny amount of knowledge about the situation.
I have not had the chance to use Jackpotter support but I believe Steve teaches a different quality of support, based on his days at Sportsbet which was by far the best customer support, always solving quickly,,, and not asking 10 times same question

That means everything has been smoothly operating with Jackpotter on your side, I suppose? The same on my side, and I've not had a reason to contact the support yet. As for Steve, I've always heard good things about him, and it's encouraging. However, he is one person, he can't be others, unless he's saddled with the responsibility as a trainer who is strict with his trainees.
I think the problem these days is not even about training,,, but about AI chatbots. Chatgpt and whatever will never understand the life of sportsbetting or even what individual problems mean.
I don't think so! If you are dealing with a bot, no matter how refined they are, you would know, as their ways are too generic. I don't even regard them as support. The ones I referred to are those who would surely flow with the conversation.
