In my case, personal data is even used to sell votes during elections, which in my opinion makes no sense at all and this has actually entered into a black campaign.

But when education about the importance of protecting personal data is lacking, then what happens is that people will very easily give their personal data to anyone. Especially if lured with some money, they will not think long.

Hopefully they can hold that long and could able to make sure that they could handle well the personal data's of their gamblers. Since even if we can say the security of their site is so high still data breaching might happen especially if they are so overconfident that no hackers can penetrate their site.

I haven't check it, but in any case they could be related or maybe operated by the same company. But I'm not surprised by it as there could be many investors or owners who had multiple casinos, just like in traditional base casinos that we have seen in recent years. The thing is that at the end of the day, we gamblers have many options to choose as to what casinos or platforms we want to play. Our disapproval to the sale of personal data information to someone else's to make use of is coming as a result of our concern and knowledge of the possible dangers that we are exposing ourselves to, which isn't worth it, because we really can't know the intention that someone. I checked the entire homepage of Shock.com but I can't find that link or association that you claim to see. Where exactly is it? I can see a link to Chicken.GG, but that's about it.

Yes at first we did not have to do KYC when playing, but over time there was a new policy and it was related to the government where they began to see that there had to be a new policy implemented and finally slowly casinos enforced this policy. Although there are some casinos that don't ask for kyc, but I think slowly they will also implement it.

However, what concerns some people is when the service provider misuses their KYC data without their knowledge because they assume it's a safe place. This is still a fear and risk that KYC providers must carefully consider, which is why some people still refuse to do this simply for the sake of their own data security. So what we need to ensure is that the recipient of the KYC data is an honest person and can be trusted to keep everyone's KYC data confidential.

They actually have a valid reason, similar to how we put our money in a bank. We assume they’ll use our money in some way but still be able to return it when needed. I just checked and you are right. There is only a link to chicken.gg in the footer of the homepage and the bitcointalk link redirects to the bitcointalk main page and not to their official announcement thread!
The link that redirects to chicken.gg (thank you for pointing that out) looks like a referral link and that doesn’t look very professional unless they can explain their relation with that brand.
