Navigate to settings, then options, network, turn off the socks proxy and restart the client. The network should start to synchronize. If it is not working, replace your .conf with this and restart the client:

There is a cleaning process on way  and Sat2 is on target as many anothers listed on coinmarketcap.
The only fact that its is barely traded on cryptsy and 12 BTC of coinmarketcap doen´t  enough reason
to keep this alive.

I don´t know what more say on this case but how it there are plenty. Is there any dev active on here?
If there is not answer soon it coin could be declared dead.

bummer is SAT was a functional POS when very few where
well built
lost it's seed nodes after dev went AWOL

if someone wanted to fire the network up it could get going
like $100 invested in nodes and a dozen sincere stakers
it could live again

It seems to me that this is indeed the case, the project is stuck in one place and there is no activity. If the developer does not show up in the near future, the project can be considered dead
