@2UP, please post your comments in this thread:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5592798.new#newI am being accused of supposedly betting on the same game simultaneously on 3 different accounts all on different outcomes. This would make no sense at all as it would be a guaranteed way to lose a lot of money, due to the bookmaker house margin.
You are invited to post screenshots of the allegation so you can show everyone what happened. If you are right, it will only bring you good.
I really want to know how this ended up, actually this isn’t logical, cuzz actually ull lose more then u make
The story eventually was changed to: someone from the same location placed the same bets on MLB. So it's no longer OPPOSITE bets but SAME bets now.
But, this is a false narrative. A friend recommended 2UP to me and I joined in beginning of August. I deposited my own BTC and placed my own bets from my own phone. The IP for sure was not even close, all they could have seen maybe is that via satellite location or so we are close to each other on the map, which is indeed true since we live in the same neighbourhood but way too inaccurate data to base a confiscation on. On a sample size of around 10 bets there may have been 1 or 2 the same bets as my friend, but certainly not more. If it would be 10 out of 10, it would maybe be different but it's INSANE to confiscate not only my winnings but even deposit for this.
They seem to think that my account is owned by my friend. But my friend has way bigger stakes than me and is not even limited, and he has around 1.6 million USD in total stakes over a period of half a year, why the hell would he bother making a second account to bet a couple hundreds extra (which were my stakes, much less than his).
So, for placing 10 MLB bets with stakes around 500-700 USD (of which maximum 2 out of 10 were the same bets as my friend) they decide to confiscate 7500 USD in deposit and 2800 USD in profit, so over 10K. INSANE THIEVES. And all of this, while accepting my bets from my Netherlands IP-address which they should have blocked according to their license requirements in the first place!
