However, it’s not as simple as that because there will always be complaints and it’s not up to you to handle them (campaign participant or satisfied regular user/player) but it’s up to OP. So, let OP handle this (just a friendly advice).

It is not up to campaign participants or even satisfied users to resolve the disputes; it is the work of the OP. Complaints are common in any casino and most problems would be solved after given due consideration. Nevertheless, the way in which a complaint is made is significant. Incident of emotional attacks or coercion only hurt credibility. The real problem should always be discussed in a mild manner, with facts and in the right approach instead of making it a spectacle.

It is like their human instinct and response when they feel disappointed, they likely see enemies every where while it's quite true that people who wear signature of a brand don't actually need to be biased with their thinking and posts. People can have problems with a brand, and can complain or even go farther with a scam accusation but they must make their scam accusation as most valid as possible by stating clearly about the issue as well as attaching as many evidence as they can provide.

Users in this forum including people who wear signature of a brand will only no longer support a brand if there is enough scam evidence against that brand. Otherwise, all accusations will be considered as Not-Valid-Yet and only under further investigation.

You’re right about that, dude. Isn't that how casino management usually handles things whenever they receive complaints? Besides that, when people send reports to their support team, they often find a way to make it look like the fault lies with the person complaining.

They usually deliver this message in a professional manner, but of course, most complainants find it hard to accept right away. Although, there are some who realize only then that they actually committed a violation against the casino's rules, and they end up accepting it.

I'm sure everyone here who participated in the campaign will be able to be very objective in their assessment. When someone brings a clear accusation and with evidence that they can bring, they will not simply judge the person who brings the accusation. Instead they will give advice and will even help to question the problem perhaps.

There have been casinos here that have been proven to be fraudulent and they have never gotten anywhere. That is proof that here we see objectively what is deceptive and what is not, if in the end the casino really is deceptive, then in an instant they will disappear from here too.

For sure, the campaign participants cannot resolve any disputes. They can only give their point of view on the case based on the information provided, but that doesn't hold any weight in resolving the case.

Only the casino representative can solve the issues, but it is also the duty of the complainant to provide all the necessary details, and if he is wrong, the gambler should admit it openly. Many times we see that gamblers aren't willing to admit their fault, even if it's already mentioned in TOS and/or there was any violation at the gambler's end.

Members here are trying to helps those who complain. But people should not lying giving the evidence and so the casinos. But the casinos should resolve the cases privately because we can't interfere and only tells what we know.

But mostly, those who complains can't be patient waiting for the casinos to do fully investigation and resolve the case.
If this actually worked the way it should, most issues would be solved quietly and we wouldn’t be seeing so many scam accusations against certain casinos. The reason these threads pop up is because some gamblers don’t agree with the casino’s decision, and sometimes even if they’re in the wrong, they still post anyway. They usually show selective evidence, not the full picture, and sometimes leave out parts of the real story just to get sympathy from others.

Terms of Service (ToS) are always too long and overwhelming for reading but users don't need to read the ToS completely before register an account, fund it with money, and use it. There is FAQ page at most of online website that is a sort of summary of their ToS, and people can begin with FAQ. After reading FAQ, they can search for more information with terms they are still unclear from given information in FAQ.

This approach can help them getting most basic terms in a service without spending too much time at beginning with ToS. Everyone wants to save time but it does not mean they should ignore both FAQ and ToS which are very important for their experience at a website and its service while eventually it might affect their fund as well.

To be honest, even as an OG, I most times don't bother reading the terms and conditions when I get on a new casino due to how the terms are usually printed, I don't know if casinos and other platforms purposely choose to write their terms and conditions in such a manner that reading it is as boring as fk, but to avoid getting into issues, I try as much as possible to find the more important parts of the terms and read..
