The majority of casinos don't react to complaints right away, especially if they're just getting started in this business, dude. Naturally, they must do a thorough investigation,
and it is up to them how they accomplish it.

Furthermore, if they truly believe that the evidence the complainant has provided is inadequate, there is nothing the complainant can do. The proof not being strong enough could be the reason why s/he doesn't want the issue to be discussed here, since most reputable gamblers on this forum don't support any information raised about a reputable casino that's not back with genuine proof.
