It's still very better than don't know about any terms, the vague terms and take very high risk for your account and money. It sounds much simpler than it really is. Say you have x number of pages of ToS to go through. You're not going to make a lost of points you're uncertain about. Nobody does that because most people even if they read ToS just scan the text, go through it as fast as they can and proceed to the site. If they really want to interpret things their own way they can. A great example of this is the situation where a casino wrote in their ToS that they can reject KYC application if they find it unsuitable, which eventually gave them the right to steal player's money. They'd simply ask for KYC when players won and wanted to withdraw. When they sent their documents the casino would claim the documents don't look genuine, or that the picture quality isn't good enough.

I could probably use this too, even though I’m already aware of these apps since I have Telegram myself. I just don’t really use it much for communication. If I need to contact support, I’d still prefer doing it directly from their website. At least there, I know I’m talking to official support. And if needed, I can always share the concern in the forum, especially if their reply is meant to be an official statement. It’s fine to have multiple channels, but the main ones should really be the focus.

 A quick bug report - the search option in Sports betting section doesn't seem to be working at all. I tried "Barcelona" initially with nothing found, then I tried multiple other keywords but are still getting nothing for any of them. You could still search manually for desired events, e.g. in Recommended matches/Popular etc, but those not familiar with the issue could be led to think the event they're looking for is not supported, so it's probably worth to get that fixed.
