Technically, it is not an issue that calls for an urgent solution, and during the holiday time, the technical team in charge may not be able to resolve it in time since it's not something that requires urgent attention, that's what i am saying.
I wasn’t really able to follow everything you guys were talking about. But if I may ask, what’s the issue you’re referring to that doesn’t require an urgent solution. Because as far as I know, once gamblers are involved, they usually think their issue needs to be resolved as quickly as possible.
You have a point, and I can understand that we gamblers always like having a solution to an issue asap, especially if it has to do with gameplay experience, and withdrawal, which is norma,l but we also need to understand that some issue cant be fix in an instant and once the casino reply they are working on it I believe they meant it.
The issue is shown below, and it is something we can easily bypass until it is resolved.

Honestly, some people are making too big a deal out of this. It’s just the search bar not showing games. I don’t see how that could even damage a casino’s reputation.

Even if it’s down for days or weeks, I think I can live without it. If you’re already familiar with the site, you can easily find the sport and check the list of available games, whether live, current, or within the next 24 hours. You’ll still find what you’re looking for pretty fast. Let’s not be too lazy about it.

This is the reason why i stated that during the holiday season, we shouldn't expect an urgent solution from casino technical teams to issues that are not major issues, but some people seem not to understand how things work in the technical space, especially in the gambling setting, which is all good since we cant all have the same preferences about thing and the more we dive into something the more we know how its operated.

The casino will definitely respond to your complaint, when they are active.

There's already a scam accusation topic started by gaynellehalsey here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5569415.0. Sadly, no one from 2UP has yet responded to it.
I'm not sure if starting a new one is the best idea, perhaps it could be better if bornro just contributed to the existing one, especially if the issue was of a similar nature, i.e. accounts blocked for the same or similar reason.
A single topic with complaints from multiple people could have a better chance of attracting interest from trusted members of the forum and a greater chance of the issues being resolved.

It's quite sad that until now, 2UP has not responded to the issues raised by one of its users. I can't help but wonder why they haven't addressed
The complaint is yet to be.

Perhaps the 2UP team is still carefully crafting a proper response, or maybe they haven't seen it yet? However, it seems unlikely that they
aren't aware of it, considering 2UP's reputation is on the line. I hope the 2UP team resolves this properly.

Since they currently have an active campaign running, being responsive would really help build their reputation, especially considering they’ve only been around here for less than a year.

Being responsive is indeed a hallmark of good management for any casino team. It’s just unusual that they are struggling to respond
to issues like this right now.

Many people are waiting to see how they will handle this, and this is a scenario where they cannot afford to make a mistake. Every response must be accurate and directly address the complaints thrown at them. Let’s just wait; I’m sure they will eventually provide an answer and a proper solution.

If you’re already familiar with the site, you can easily find the sport and check the list of available games, whether live, current, or within the next 24 hours. Things shouldn't be too bad for casino not to have their technical team available even if few are going to stay around during the holidays with bonus rewards while those that are not interested in the bonus can go and enjoy their holidays with their families.
This is business and it is understandable that the holiday time, people would want to travel and and have fun but that does not mean that users queries will not be attended as soon as possible.

This is what I find really interesting. OP was very active in responding to scam accusation threads against the casino he is representing and they (the casino) even have a running signature campaign, however, for some reason they decided to ignore this particular case!

This is what I find really interesting. OP was very active in responding to scam accusation threads against the casino he is representing and they (the casino) even have a running signature campaign, however, for some reason they decided to ignore this particular case!
I think it’s the same way other casinos handle violations like arbitrage betting or value betting, so they usually just point to their TOS and say the user violated it, hence they apply the corresponding sanctions.

They don’t really go into detail about how they detected it, so that part is always left unclear. For now, we just wait and see if they reply, but if they choose to ignore it, that’s also their call, since they have their own internal policy on how they handle and respond to these issues, which we don’t really know anyway.

I totally agree with you that this is what most casinos do in such cases, but do you really think this is acceptable? Do you think it’s okay to ban someone’s account, confiscate his funds, and only tell him that he has violated clause x.x of the terms and conditions without telling him what he has done or clearly explain what he has violated and without providing any kind of evidence?
I appreciate that you have the guts to speak out against the company you are promoting, though!
