As long as it is cheaper to hire agricultural workers than robots, or it is cheaper to hire workers on an assembly line than to create a robotic production, until then online jobs will not be the dominant type of jobs. If this happens, it will cause a deep crisis due to unemployment. There will be a giant army of people who have nothing to eat and nothing to lose, and no police or army will save the well-fed from the hungry. So all progress has a downside.

Its so bad that agricultural workers has been neglected by government in some parts of the world.

If the government focus providing support for sure that they could able to produce sustainable product which can feed their citizens and they won't experience food crisis in their  country.

But it seems that they have other priorities and common focus of those traditional politicians are corruption and strengthen up their political presence. That's why their country remain poor.

This is the reason why people come online and find good opportunities since there are lot of works out there that can give them more better salary compare on what they can normally get on their country. The downside of this if all people will go online for only few people left would provably work on other technical jobs like farming. Then with this problem would start to rise.

Yes, look what happened during Covid. Everyone started to work from home. Because most white collar jobs dont require being at the office 5 days a week. Its more efficient to go to the office perhaps twice a week to get some supplies and do everything else from home on the computer. There really is no reason to be in the office as long as you are as efficient as before.

So if you got kids at home and lots of distractions then perhaps you will be more efficient at the office and should stay there. Online jobs have completely reshaped how people see work and success before the goal was stability now it’s flexibility the shift really began when technology became part of daily life but covid just accelerated it and proved that many of the traditional systems weren’t built to survive disruption companies realized that productivity doesn’t always depend on being in an office and workers realized that freedom could actually make them perform better. Nowadays, most of the jobs are now technology-dependent and those jobs can be done remotely. So, the popularity of remote jobs is gradually increasing worldwide, but there are some jobs that must be done physically, and those cannot be done remotely online, they must be done physically. However, the issue of online work is expanding day by day. Billions of dollars of work is being done remotely. And as the world goes on, the more technology-dependent the world will be, the more remote jobs will increase. The skills you've mentioned are something, which can be done with AI. I think that AI would replace most online jobs in the future.
All the people, who are working online right now would most likely keep their jobs and do stuff with the help of AI, but after 2030 AI will replace them completely. No, the future of global employment is offline jobs(until AI bots become cheap enough to replace all people).

Not really, because the most paying jobs are not even online based, if you are going to talk about gambling or like trading then you say its a good online way of making money but we know its high risk and not reliable.

Skills based jobs might have nothing to do with online, there are too many that isn't even online job, web designer and free lancing aren't as big as the past because of AI now, the graphic design by AI is insane and on another level.

Coding and programming remains the only field that's worth talking about, this is something that is complicated and can't really be done by AI unless they are programmed to do some part.

We can go to traditional markets today and see how things have changed since many platforms have become places for them to sell, allowing them to stand in front of cameras and explain their products. Online buyers no longer need to leave their homes because their purchases are delivered directly to the address provided.

Social media platforms used to be a place to share daily routines, but now the shift has reversed and become a place to earn money.

 Yes they are. Although it's not every company owner that subscribes to that idea. Example of such is Jamie Dimon, CEO of JP Morgan. He believes that if any of his staff should even think to pick up such an option, they are welcome to find employment elsewhere. I feel that not everyone likes the idea of granting their staff the option of working remotely because it would look like they're would decline in productivity and creativity, at least that's one of the reasons Jamie Dimon is so against remote jobs but that's his opinion and cup of tea as this may not be the same for another person.

Some jobs cannot be done online. During COVID-19, online distribution companies like Amazon made lots of money because customers could order anything online and get it at their doorsteps.  But don't forget that online orders would be a waste of time if there are no truck drivers, delivery workers, mechanics that repair the trucks and so on. There will always be online and offline jobs; neither will substitute for the other.

There is no answer for the question. There is only a huge dilemma how to select the best option. Every employer would love to send his employee to work from home, close office or have it small and be operated by minimum employees. That would decrease his expenses on utility bills, rent, etc. On the other hand employer can not allow to send everyone work remotely and online, because he can not control employees. Every business is now moving online, however hardly it can function without having offline employees.
