In this increasingly advanced era, it's fitting that we utilize technology and find work and income online, Many companies now recruit and offer online jobs, making things much easier, All we need is skills and there are many jobs we can do online.
As technology advances, the same will continue to happen in the future and even more jobs will be available online.

You're right about the many companies offering and recruiting people to join and get jobs. In fact, by utilizing today's technology, we can generate income without having to join a company first. I have several neighbors who have succeeded, even arguably, by utilizing this rapidly developing technology. They can earn a lot of money each month, some as affiliates, designers, and others. We can find many successful people leveraging today's technological advancements. We just need strong determination and good skills to generate income.

 Many are vastly opposed to this and require in person paper pushing as the only valid way to conduct business but I find it relates to the overwhelming debt burden cost of housing in many places, in a job you can be worse off in this way; also its wasteful use of the countries available land generally.

Many institutions esp. those with feudal management systems believe that if someone isn't visible, they're not working. The rest is psychological, guilt about not appearing busy or the illusion of social status that working at the headquarters is a sign of success.

People are living farther away because they can't afford the city center, but work systems are still designed for those living within a 5 km radius of the office. So people are working hard to pay for transportation to get to work.

Getting a job that we do at home is one of the comforts I've had where I became a photo editor whose way of promotion I also utilized the internet, this really helps if we can use it well. But even working at home gets boring if it's too long. I myself sometimes look for new air by working outside because once in a while it needs to be done for me.

Maybe in the future, only around 10% or less of jobs will still need real physical effort while the rest will go digital unless something big happens to the internet or global power systems.

Honestly I'd advise any younger people to pick up and learn a physical trade like building, plumbing, electrics, gas, etc. because what I am seeing is these professions previously charged high rates and they are going ever higher because there are fewer people around to do them. When I was growing up being a footballer as aspirational and it still is to a large degree, but there are also a lot of kids that just want to copy their favorite streamers or tiktok/youtube stars in various different fields. You might be able to establish a following but people can be fickle when it comes to content, so you might work many years without ever hitting the magic ingredient to make decent money and you just might not have the right personality for it. There is still plenty of offline work that needs to keep the world and countries running.

I think that the online jobs will continue to be more and I think there are even groceries, restaurants and other retailers in the some countries like the US that have hired virtual cashiers that are from off shore and doing the transaction and tasks from their homes.

I have them here too on reception lobbies of hotels and buildings. Instead to hire expensive local labor hand, they hire people from other countries for a fraction of the price.

But I have no doubt that many jobs can be replaced completely by AI. And many others can be replaced by a robot controlled remotely.
